I covered GW being a lolcow (mostly Tom Kirby), some YouTubers, but I didn’t include Matt Ward except for the time he dabbed on PETA. I heard some Black Library authors flip out on Twitter all the time but I haven’t looked into them yet. Imo they all could be covered in Community Watch. Especially Matt Ward since hes more of a historical cow like most of his worst work was from 4th-5th edition if I remember correctly.
Thomas Parrott would be a good addition. He was a minor BL author who waded into an autistic Twitter slapfight, started insulting people, and got shitcanned, whereupon he had a whining meltdown about how it was totally not his fault and how it was such a huge burden to be asked not to sperg about contentious political shit in his official capacity as a BL writer.

During the War in the Webway, the AdMech forces in the Impossible City straight up abandoned the Custodians and Sisters of Silence to die in order to try and secure a portal to Mars, which got them exterminated and their commander possessed by Drach'nyen. In the War of the Beast, they detained a tech priest who knew where the Orks were coming from and refused to share his knowledge, then killed an Officio Assassinorum team that came to investigate their experiments with Ork tech, which it turned out was part of an effort to teleport Mars out of the solar system. When the Space Marines showed up on their doorstep to make them quit their bullshit, they shot at the Marines and sparked a brief firefight.
They were also responsible for the fall of the Soul Drinkers chapter, by way of stealing a sacred artifact (the Soulspear) and kicking off internecine war between the regular Imperial forces and the Soul Drinkers.

The Inquisition gets accused of playing fast and loose sometimes, and not without reason; but the only reason the Admech hasn't been forcibly brought to heel is their technical expertise. Between their sometimes-imbecilic pursuit of Necron tech and their tendency to blow off other Imperial elements, there's a reason the Guard views them askance at the best of times.

Wasn't he the guy that got let go last year?
ADB (unfortunately) could be a lolcow. He's great for writing Chaos books, but the way he writes The Emperor, The Custodes, and Space Marines, in general, makes them unreasonably incompetent and conduct character decision making that is completely out of character (save for Helsreach). It's like he can't get out of his personal bias against The Emperor to write him competently. It comes off similar to how Exodus: Gods and Kings depicted God. Look, I'm not saying the Imperium or The Emperor should be perfect, but I am saying that The Emperor shouldn't be written as childish nor The Custodes written as easily duped like they were in The First Heretic.

First Heretic is a great book, could have been one of the best, he he could just contain his autism. Its one thing to make custodes retarded, but he hinged the whole story on the custodes being retarded.

Yup.
Word Bearer: "Hey, we're going on a field trip to the galaxy-sized butthole."
Custodes: "Hmm... I don't think that's a good idea, we're coming with you anyway."
[Later]
Word Bearer: "Say, I know you guys are supposed to monitor us like we're under house arrest, but we need some alone time right now."
Custodes: "Sure. What could possibly go wrong? It's not like you'd suddenly get a power boost that allows you to kill us, right? Nah, that couldn't possibly happen."
I know I'm paraphrasing and making jest, but that is what essentially happened.
Just an example of ADB making the Imperium retards during Horus Heresy.

He got into a twitter fight about how he viewed space marines as faggots, and got butthurt when fans did not like his gay take, so he called them nazis, and they complained to GW who at present has enough sense that calling customers nazis in public is not good for your brand.

I never really got the intense hatred of Ward.
I guess a real answer would be
On the gameplay side a Ward codex was essentially a different fucking edition where you were just a god and untouchable. Not in a meme way like space marines are, but like no chance.

On the lore side, Wards did a few cool things. But he is pretty much responsible for what the ultramarines are today.

and the necrons
and the grey knights

a just a little bit of the Blood angels, but not nearly as bad.

Lol I got an Iron Hand player selling his army near me. I am tempted to buy it and add a primaris tech marine and 2 redemptors. I know they were meta but what’s will players selling an army since it’s not busted anymore? This armies fully painted and looks extremely nice.

The Last Church was unbearably cringeworthy also.

I think the issue isn't the Emperor's attempts at removing religion is the problem, but the speds who want to frame it in our reality & atheism.

In a world with the warp and big 4, abolishing faith that feeds them power is a smart move. It gets dumb when people use it to tip their fedora IRL.

It's not that the Emperor is atheist, or an incredibly callous militant perfectly willing to tear down a priest's world view to prove a point. It's just the sheer lack of self-awareness and his seeming ignorance of IRL human history as he raves to Uriah.

While I'm not the biggest fan of The Master of Mankind, and it has its flops, it at least retconned the Emperor's motivations for a secular state from "religion is for sheeple lol" to "religion, even with 100% good motivations, ends up with good Samaritans turning into batshit-insane demagogues creating pyramids of skulls."

Supposedly ADB openly thinks that Chaos is destined to win and any other alternative is stupid. He also hates hates hates HATES the Imperium, the Emperor, and everything related, having transferred his daddy issues to The Emperor. The one Space Marine chapter he created was apparently all about how the Space Marines are slowly falling apart and destined to die out, or somesuch bullshit.

Custodes ... ADB infamously went public with his bitching that someone higher up at GW refused to allow him to make female Custodes in a very transparent attempt to get SJWs to force GW to allow him to do so, with him twisting it to make it sound like the only reason GW doesn't is they already created the Custodes models, and not a lore reason. (This would be the equivalent of one of the BL writers saying "there's no lore reason saying there aren't female space marines, we just haven't made them yet!") It's transparently him trying to manipulate things so a diversity retcon can occur someday.

Also, there's this thing that totally happened:

This is ADB pulling the equivalent of "I said something controversial and got death threats on twitter, ergo I WIN THE ARGUMENT CHUDS."

ADB seems like other creators that start well enough but then start getting a taste of that socj twitter clout. Then they go full retard because the more pants on head stupid you are the more retweets you get.

His criticism page and photo on 1d4chan says more than I can.

Someone on the printedwarhammer Discord channel just had the most wonderful idea.

The Imperial Ass Tearers chapter.

Their chapter logo is a stylized Goatse.

My problem with of ADB and crew are righting chaos, is that they are trying to make falling to the ruinous powers as some sort of based and red pilled choice. But when you break down to it, most are in the exact same position they were during the great crusade, or worse off for it.
Like let's break it down.

Death Guard
Forced to pledge to nurgle (still under someone's thumb)
Mortarion is trapped being something he hates serving something he hates.
Most plague marines bend the knee to morty and nurgle, so the exact same shit they were doing during the great crusade.

Emperor's Children.
Fell because fulgrim fell, and Fulgrim only fell because of the influence of chaos.
Now most of them are just serving slannesh mindlessly.

World eaters
Fell because their primarch was tortured by his life and he fucked up his sons.
The few world eaters capable of real thought are merely dealing with a bad situation.
They all serve khorne without question.

Thousands Sons
Fell because they had no other options.
Magnus begrudgingly serves tzeench even when he doesn't want to.
Most of the sons are rubrics, meaning most don't actually think.
Stuck in a situation of serving tzeench even when they don't want to.

Iron warriors
Forced to serve chaos because perturabo had to, or die.
Are mostly the same as they were when they were serving the emperor, so what was the point.

Word bearers
Literally all groomed from birth to worship chaos. This is especially funny because they encapsulate all the fedora tipping propaganda ADB and crew try to fling at the imperium with none of the nuance.

The Nightlords
The first true chaos space marines.
Primarch is dead
They are mostly unpledged
Just go around as glorified guns for hire.

Alpha legion
More information needed

Luna Wolves
Primarch dead
Abaddon serves all 4 ruinous powers and is literally flailing with no plans for anything if he actually wins.
The brotherhood within the legion is gone and everyone hates each other.

None of this is based and redpilled. The imperium of man in the 30k era was a paradise compared to this, thus justifying every loyalist space marine to try and bring the imperium back to what it was.
