Some tamiya flat metallic + flat aluminum highlight on the engines+guns along with a 3 shade green done on the glass panels.

It looked neat, but what really tied it together was the tamiya clear green. 1st time using their clear paint and it turned out great on those panels.

Yeah I've heard their clear stuff -- basically tints -- are the bee's knees for doing stuff like tinted glass, oil spills, etc. Get some clear plastic rods from Amazon -- like say, these -- and you can tint them into lights, for example.

I also vouch for tamiya's clear acrylics. You can even dip-tint clear parts and they'll have excellent adhesion.

What’s on you tables at the minute? Just waiting on the PVA to dry on these bases before hitting everything with them airbrush

Well besides the Marauder and Thunderbolt, I did make 10 not-DKoK grenadiers from Redmakers to see how well this new resin handles small figures. Also printed out 26 32mm bases that work well with them.

Note to any printers in the thread: I'm having a lot of good results using Epax Draft resin. The best part? It starts at $22/kg and only goes down from there with bulk packages. Seems to be printing just as good as the Siraya Tech Build I was using previously at $38/kg.

*Edit* Eh, pic is out of focus. Oh well. Didn't feel like moving from my desk yet :D

Putting finishing details on Bladeguard Captain and Outriders before wash and highlights. Saving the powersword for last, not sure what effect I'm going to try on it.

It's been downhill since people with agendas started serious posting

There were three power-users that had their super special versions of articles and you fucking PLEBIANS were not allowed to change them, ever. And if you tried they immediately ran to the admin / single moderator to try and get you removed from the site. It would have been funny if it wasn't so stupid.

Last I saw they were less than impressed because /tg/ drawfags had created "loli necrons" and other little girl versions of various 40k character tropes, and suddenly drawfags were bad, or somesuch.
