You're trapping yourself with that, you'll just get mogged by how hard they hit even with swords and boards. they'll cut through most of the reivers and incursors the same turn they go into combat. Those storm cannons assault profiles are also mean.
I don't doubt that, lol. But any shots they put into the chaff are ones they're not putting into my castle, which has a selfless vox apothecary and a fortress libby innit, assuming they don't one shot my t5 3w guys. It would certainly be a fun and possibly very quick battle.

Sorry bro, but youre looking at true peak performance.

About 3d printing, there's not really a lot of reason to do it. If you play WH then it will bar you from stores
I get what you’re saying but most of my units are already barred for using Vallejo Mud as a basing material.

I vastly prefer paying a couple of bucks per hour for table space at independents and board game places. Play Warmachine, play Gaslands, play Warhammer, play whatever the fuck you want without some tard living his best life gasp working his dream job at Games Workshop squeeeeee! trying to push the latest thing on you.

Oh man, imagine the horror of being barred from a GW store.

The argument doesn't make a lot of sense, especially as Arch talks about Primaris as the last new faction, disregarding custodes or the multitude of new units being released every few months. GW doesn't have a reason to think their dominance on models is going down, and it's most likely that expanding into animation has caused the company to need yo finally address fan animations as breach of copyright.

About 3d printing, there's not really a lot of reason to do it. If you play WH then it will bar you from stores, meaning you'll need your own private mancave for running games (and if you are competitive you can forget about it). If you paint models then you'd probably want something different if you go that route. And if you collect you'd want it all to be official.

I'm not well versed on how tabletop meet ups work so,

If the 3D print is close enough to the model, how likely is it they will bar you from the store? Do they ask for your receipts at the door or have some omega-sped inspecting every model to slight deviations?

I’m not barred, just my newer units. GW stores are like a Denny’s—you have do do something on the level of a hate crime to get thrown out, and even then they’ll let you back in the next day because they got shit to sell (and only so many potential buyers).

I also prefer the indy stores because you can see some great conversions. There are some real works of art out there. But oh no, you used Tamiya Epoxy Resin? A Green Stuff World tentacle maker? Kromlech shoulder pads? OUT OUT OUT!!!

What do you mean by "indy stores"?

Places that sell things beyond GW stuff.

EDIT: I see what I did. I should have specified that you can’t use cool third-party stuff in your conversions if you plan to play at a GW place.
Yeah if I ever do play in the distant future, there is a game store in my college town that sells all sorts of stuff from D&D to classic board games.
An old buddy and I go there to rip each other apart with Pokemon cards, but I know they have casual WH40K game nights. The kind of place that doesn't even charge for table space, so we always end up buying something just to help support the business.

The Hammerstrike is the one good Storm Speeder variant. The Hammerfall is the bunker, lol.

oh retard alert on my part hammerstike is the primaris speed. My b. (still question that over outriders tho)

Oh shit I was retarded too these fucking primaris names man. Speeders would be a pretty good choice ye.

I've never been barred from a gw for using Vallejo mud and most people in the shop use Vallejo products. I find it strange some random red shirt would do that

He's not barred but his units are since he uses non-GW products with them.

Doesn't that shit only apply to 3rd party accessories like jerry cans and stowage bins? I haven't visited a GW store in years (outside ones in Japan and the guys working there would literally direct prospecting new players to buy their stuff on recast sites like blackmarketminatures) but will they tell you to not bring models in store if you use non GW paints and weathering supplies?

That's what's happened. He painted bases with some Vallejo paints, so he's not allowed to use anything mounted on those bases.

My models are sitting in a local GW display case with Vallejo mud, game grass, and mig water effects so something isn't lining up here.

I doubt GW even knows what the fuck Grimdank is.

In other news, Alfabusa's patreon has gone through the fucking roof. Last I checked it was at 17k. I hope he doesn't expect it to stay that way though.
I wanted to post about it. It's a massive red flag when a content creator stops uploading but keeps his patreon on. Especially considering alfa barely uploaded as it is and his quitting painted him as a victim.

Basically, expect him to open a twitter handle for his dog. Also patreon simps gonna simps.
