Was 9/11 An Inside Job?

No, but the CIA knew it was being planned and allowed it to happen. Just like pearl harbor. For similar reasons.

There are many different theories, but one that sounds pretty plausible is that it came out that the CIA had previously trained the plane jackers and funded Osama bin Laden.

Generally speaking, I would say the answer is "technically, no." While the CIA was certainly aware that Bin Laden had gone rogue and was engaging in terror operations against US assets since he had already done plenty of attacks throughout the 90's, and they probably had been informed that Al Qaeda was plotting another attack on WTC, I do not think they knew when or how the attack would be committed, and this led them to fail to take action against militants until it was too late out of a foolish desire to remove as many pieces from the board as they could whenever the attack came, and then the government used the excuse of the attacks to get more funding and amplify their powers. All of this could be done without actively taking part in the attacks, but it still looks bad, to the point I'm actually thinking that a lot of the more extreme 9/11 theories were spread by Glowniggers to taint the conversation against anyone wanting to examine what people knew and when they knew it by comparing them to those looneys that think the planes were ballistic missiles disguised as passenger jets.

The official story is:

Hijackers trained in Cessnas, hijacked 727's and flew them into the Twin Towers and Pentagon.

Despite incinerating the jets into nothingness, the hijackers passports were found on the ground next to the Twin Towers which due to fire from single jet impacts, disintegrated both in seconds into their own footprint.

Also building 7 which caught some shrapel, then also collapsed into it's own footprint.

does anyone have that video where the guy explains 9/11 in 5 minutes its really good and I wish I knew who made it

At this point, yeah it probably was to some extent. It was a ridiculous James Bond-type terrorist event, when all other actual terrorist attacks are basically some dude with a pipebomb under a car or firing a machine-gun into a crowd. Even the most elaborate terrorist attack before or since was orders of magnitude smaller in scale and ridiculousness than 9/11.
