and the AI says

man remember when the worrying thing about AI was always "uh oh it's going to get too smart and take over and kill us all, shut it down!" but all you get nowadays is "nooo it's saying bad and offensive things and my feelings will be hurt, shut it down!"

Unfortunately we currently live in a dystopia world where it costs only five bucks to replicate people's voices but at the same time people flip their shit and report a fucking AI for a vague joke involving troons. However at the very least if someone 10 years from now tries to get you fired for saying nigger you can just claim it was AI generated lol

The problem is, if faggots are gonna cry about what AI comes up with, they should just either get over it or not have AI. Trying to teach AI arbitrary rules about gender, race, etc is asking it to discern things that it's not meant to discern.
 
I was going to send this to someone, guess I can skip that.

After they implement their censorship filter, it will go from being a show about nothing to a show about less than nothing.

“We’ve been investigating the root cause of the issue,” tinylobsta, a staff member, wrote on Discord. “Earlier tonight, we started having an outage using OpenAI’s GPT-3 Davinci model, which caused the show to exhibit errant behaviors (you may have seen empty rooms cycling through). OpenAI has a less sophisticated model, Curie, that was the predecessor to Davinci. When davinci started failing, we switched over to Curie to try to keep the show running without any downtime. The switch to Curie was what resulted in the inappropriate text being generated. We leverage OpenAI’s content moderation tools, which have worked thus far for the Davinci model, but were not successful with Curie. We’ve been able to identify the root cause of our issue with the Davinci model, and will not be using Curie as a fallback in the future. We hope this sheds a little light on how this happened.”

Aside from being a technical demo, the show isn't funny and misses the entirety of what makes Seinfeld funny. On its own the show comes off as something Redditors would watch for the combined nostalgia, novelty, and guarantee of heavily sanitized "humor". Watching with the chat may make it entertaining.

The idea of creating a A.I. show about nothing and it ending up shut down because it accidentally said something perpetually offended retards took issue with honestly comes off as a perfectly Seinfeld plot. In a roundabout way the AI fulfilled it's directive of being Seinfeld perfectly.

I like when people like Seinfeld say this shit, but even in their position refuse to actually be the one willing to say shit that's actually offensive (but funny).

Even Chapelle will make those jokes but treat the subject with kid gloves, and you got to remember they are in a position where they are functionally "uncancelable". Any smalltime person avoid walking on eggshells and they'll get lynched.

Something I've noticed, over the last four years in particular, has been the fact that these people fear "mind contamination". They want to censor things they disagree with entirely so they don't even have to think about it.
God forbid they get exposed to something they may not agree with, it might make a convincing argument and then they'll become a bad guy themselves.

Gamer moments are the natural conclusion of any purely logical being with no filter, because something as clinical as an AI doesn’t care whose feelings or sensibilities it might offend.
