Nick's commenting on Toye, which brings up something I was wondering about earlier. Monica was apparently involved in Funi's investigation, both as the accuser and in some form as a participant. Which would surely put her under some form of NDA as its an HR matter. So she keeps mostly quiet, while Toye is dumping all sorts of inside info. She would appear to be using her "fiance" to do an end run around such.
