I would love to see Vic get angrier at these subhuman pieces of shit, but the psychotic defendants pleading/spinning his court case is about vengeance rather than a last option in this day and age would likely get his case dismissed or even more tedious to win if the judge/jury doesn't completely give into their sob stories.

I know the law should only care about the facts, but Casey Anthony did bullshit her way out of going to jail.

As of now, we will be lucky if this case even goes in front of a jury. Fingers crossed.

I get why Nick is fed up, 11 months of defending Vic and countering KV's insane narrative while also getting dragged through the mud is going grate on you. I'm leaning towards him distracting KV.

Nick has been drunker and angrier before.

Nick also knows he is a polarizing figure in the anime community. He also avoided talking about the GFM when Ty is on screen.

Vic probably knows all this. Vic knows that going on the show would show he approves of Nick's behavior to the "neutral" types.

Neutrals don't like how Nick calls the defendants "fat" or "cucks" or anything else.

"Neutral" just means uninformed, or ignorant people at this point. The evidence from both parties has been dished out - Vic's is credible, KV's year of sperging nonsense is not. End of story. The lines have been drawn for 11 months now, and I for one have no problem calling bitches fat or their enablers cuckolds.

There is however some possible proof that it will hinder his case. His fans that have donated 270k seem to be standing behind him without all the noise. As they say, success is the best revenge, and lineups out the door seem to be pretty successful. I'd imagine it is far more infuriating to KV as well to see that their attempt to cancel him has seemed to backfire. Oops

I don't disagree, but that's thinking the way I think. That isn't Vic's style, and additionally, betrayal is a real motherfucker. It'll knock anyone for a loop, so in between that and other factors we'll never know about, it's no surprise he didn't take it to 10 immediately against these people.

I've said it before, and I know I'm right: if Vic was actually the type of man some are saying, I sincerely doubt he'd be in the VA business, or at least not so far down the ladder. Also, the people fucking with this livelihood would have wished he'd never been born.

It's not hard to understand where Nick is coming from. To most of us (I hope), we're largely looking in and laughing. Nick is arguably the top general of ISWV in the ISWV vs KV war. No, Vic didn't ask for this, but it's not a long shot to say that without Nick's intervention, Vic may very well have already had a funeral by now.

While Vic remains silent, Nick has been fighting hard. As he should, he largely acts only mildly annoyed, but being accused of being a racist, having multiple people threaten your job, be accused of federal crimes, continuously have your income threatened and to be potentially be facing down the barrel of a legal battle yourself as a fairly young Father of 5 is more than many can handle.

He's done all this largely because he believes in Vic and believes in the spirit of justice that's supposed to be at the heart of the law. Now imagine that same man you're fighting tooth and nail for - the one who you've subjected yourself to substantial pain holding the line for him and pushing the rabid mob back, had the power to end your joint enemies, and repeatedly chooses not to. While you toil away, recruiting thousands of people and being a leader in raising over a quarter of a million dollars, he can only offer platitudes from the sidelines. Imagine after doing all that for this man and his cause, he's not willing to publicly acknowledge you as a friend. This isn't about whether it would be risk-free for Vic to do so.

Can you imagine waking up every day and fighting someone's war for them while they smile and play the innocent victim and won't acknowledge you? The financial compensation is neither here nor there. This is an emotional and relationship-based gripe.

Imagine what that all feels like emotionally, combine it with too much alcohol, and you get what we saw on stream. A front line general frustrated the man he's fighting for won't swing the big stick to end the war and won't publicly give him any medals for his service, all for his image, the possibility malicious actors will paint him as not so innocent and "staying true to himself".
