So what has me doubting this at the moment is the ron parts and claiming they would know who they are if they send it to Nick first. You wouldn't tell a rando such important info and claim out loud that people will know who you are if you send it to a certain someone and then name that certain someone out loud for everyone to hear. Also, the most influence ron has at funi is keeping that couch clean. You all I have to say really is, prove it.

Did Vic fail to show damages (either assumed under per se or actual damages if it wasn't per se)? Did Vic fail to show that the statements about him were lies? Did Vic fail to show the requisite level of fault (negligence or actual malice)?

If anyone says they know why Vic failed, they're lying, because Chupp literally gave no reasoning for his ruling.
