This is precisely why I say that without mental and physical support, there's no way this is sustainable. It's kind of like when someone takes antibiotics and stops the moment they feel better when that just makes it harder to recover the next time they have an infection. She will perhaps gain a bit of mobility back and she will "reward" herself. She still hasn't dealt with the root cause and this has been festering for a good 20 years. Until she gets help, she's just showing a facade and no one could tell me differently.BOLTH!
I could see Amber losing enough weight to be mobile again, just enough so that she can waddle back into the chain restaurants she loves so much, or endure a car ride to Lexington.
That may be what she was going for, but again, at her size, plateau is nowhere in the near future if she's doing this correctly. In fact, there's no plateau for most folks until you've gone a couple of months and made a good amount of progress. It's usually in response to your body learning this new pattern and adjusting so you have to shake it up a bit.Maybe it was plateau?
