Looking now, it seems that the foods that I seem to not be able to tolerate are foods that are either very healthy or very unhealthy.

Like fruits and vegetables and then fried foods and junk foods.

I seem to be able to best tolerate slightly processed foods like bread, crackers, Jell-o, jam, tapioca pudding, go macro protein bars.

My best food is food that is in this weird middle ground of not being outright junk food but exactly whole foods either.

These are the meals I have been able to eat with metaclopramide my doctor prescribed.

Not the most ideal idet but I am kinda desperate to get calories.
I am awaiting my meeting with my gastroenterologist about this.

This app is very useful in giving me an idea of how much I am able to eat.

My gastroenterologist is having me do a gastroparesis tests and a few other tests done, she is also having me do a gastroparesis diet, seems like I have been practically already doing it.

I mean, I personally have been using grok to form meal plans based on the possible conditions I have, I have been bouncing between SIBO, Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency and Gastroparesis. I likely have one of those three, so I am using grok to recommend me foods to take, mainly for gastroparesis right now and I believe it is working for me. I am right now going on a simple carb diet, eating stuff like rice chex, go macro protein bars, cornflakes, rice puddings, jello.

I suppose it's best when you know what kind of exact condition you have and know how to prompt the bot that can help it understand your condition and what you need, I don't know exactly what I have but I should be able to find out soon since I will have a gastric emptying exam in a few weeks.
