Just for fun, I weighed myself before taking my morning shit and piss and then weighed myself after the deed was done. I lost four pounds, so clearly I'm now a weight loss expert.

You should start your own YouTube channel. Make sure to include lots of useless advice and gain at least 250+lbs in two years...if you're lucky enough, you'll be hugely successful with 50k subscribers and a thumb for a girlfriend. Best of luck amigo!

Using Amberlynn's weight loss logic, all you have to do is repeat this pre/post-shit weigh in for the next 22 days and you'll be down 89 elbees too!
 
I feel like I've seen "WEIGHT LOSS UPDATE" in a video title a dozen times. What's the point? We don't need an "update" when we see her eating in every video. And because we see her stuffing herself with food, we already know there will be no actual loss to report. A couple of pounds here and there is nothing to brag about at her size.

True. I don't know why she doesn't just call it a "Weigh In Update". There really is no "LOSS" to be had.
 
In 2016, AL was wearing a size 13 underwear. This chart says that makes her a 6x.
She said she weighed in wearing pants and underwear. How much do you think
they weigh? Also, 2 pound gain? One of her farts weigh more.
