Rinse your throat with vinegar if it's sore.
Breathe steam from peppermint tea for a cough.
Tiger balm fixes everything from the common cold to malaria.

I heard if you've got hiccups, if you suck tap water from a paper towel, it'll cure it. If it doesn't, just inhale as much as you can and hold your breath for like 10 seconds then exhale.

Eating mustard also stops a foot cramp, apparently, never tried it.

This right here is nature's best antibiotic. Particularly for infections that are resistant to manufactured antibiotics. I grow and harvest it fresh, dry it, and use it in all types of dishes. It's extremely rare that I ever get sick or even catch a cold.

What is it? Oregano. Good stuff!

These are quite helpful, too. Chile Arbol, along with Cayenne (both very similar). Dried and crushed in powder form. Aids digestion and other positive health benefits.

I'm at the point where I have my own mixture. The "extreme" version with capsaicin isn't enough, but mix it with the resin-like red one and bind it with the blue watery gel thing and it works ok. If you have any tips for industrial strength variants of tiger balm, hopefully something that is banned in some countries because it is too strong, I'd be grateful.
