Didnt know who else to tell about this, certainly not my family. For reference, my grandma died when I was 8, of cancer.

Just had a dream (nightmare?) where in it I was probably about 12/13, and I was talking to my mom about how grandma had been missing for years. I guess in the dream, she just vanished without a trace. I just felt sad about it. My mom went to her garden and started watering the plants in her flowerbed. She walked away and I noticed that it started getting REALLY muddy, to the point where there was a large dirty puddle. Suddenly, human bones came bubbling to the surface. Thats where I remembered "oh shit, I accidentally killed my grandma years ago and hid her body here"! I tried desperately to push her bones back down, but they still floated up. My mom started walking over to see what I was doing, and at that point I jolted awake. Out loud I just said "what the fuck?" What a stressful, fucked up, cruel dream that was.

I had a nightmare a few years ago when my grandma died.

In the dream she was also dead, so I visited my grandpa in his house afterward. He decided to bring back my grandma by bringing in an old woman from a nursing home, and had her face surgically changed to look exactly like my grandma. She acted absolutely nothing like my grandma and I could tell it was fake. She was the exact opposite of what my actual grandma was. The fake was always in a wheelchair, was always happy with a smile on her face, and would talk in a soft tone.

The change in personality weirded me out, and scared me more and more the longer I was there. I was so afraid that I stammered to them that I had to go suddenly. I couldn't finish the conversation. I ran out the front door as they tried to stop me. I couldn't risk getting held back while trying to get in the car, so I started running down the street.

I have no idea why I dreamed this, because nothing like this ever happened in real life.

I had a strange dream last night about my mom. She died in 2017. We were in the kitchen of the house she died in and we were washing dishes. Then she says to me "I heard two trumpets". One of my cats woke me up for breakfast so that was the end of the dream.

But there's a reason why this dream scared me a bit. My mom was really into end times prophecy and the book of Revelation. So to hear her say she heard two trumpets in a dream was disturbing to say the least.

This morning I had a dream my dad and I went to the movies. The screen was blank and the room was dark. I didn't know what the movie was going to be. Suddenly a Spongebob movie started playing on the screen. People started interacting with the movie with laser pointers. My dad was showing me how to interact with the movie using his car keys. It was more like a shitty, chaotic game than a movie. Suddenly the screen opened up and revealed a giant plaza with games and celebrations. There was a fountain, a giant Spongebob model overlooking the plaza, and bubbles. I walked up to my old high school teacher who worked there. She showed me how to control these tiny toy trains and construction equipment with my car keys.

You ever have to run in a dream, but when you do so it feels like you can barely move? Like you're running through water or something? Well last night I was having a dream where I started running and fell into that problem, but I was like "Nuh-uh, I ain't falling for this shit again." So then I had this idea where I would "drive" myself. The me who is feeling physical sensations while asleep would simply stay still and will the character within the dream I'm identifying with to run, so this way I only needed to imagine the sight of myself moving quickly past things, and not the physical feeling of running. And this worked out for me quite well, so the point where I think my dream had to switch gears from where it was planning on going.

I had a dream that every time I grinded my teeth, one would just fall out from my mouth one by one. I could even FEEL the pain while being asleep.

i dreamed that grisham from pokemon z-a charged me like an $877 bill for food and then a negress moved in with my family in some apartment and did usual obnoxious negress things (she streamed pokemon card openings on tiktok and flashed strobe lights and ate her own dinner separate from the rest of us)

Recurrent dream theme is missing most of a class -- English as in "language arts" (the crap with essays and book reports) last time -- and "realizing" grades are gonna suck.

During waking it's recalled that there are no classes as there is no school.

I had a weird one last night where I was with this girl and she was of some undecipherable religion I had no idea what it was but they wore wristbands on each wrist to identify themselves.
The day she gave me my two wristbands to wear I put them on and I was sitting in this gazebo that was made out of concrete with a big opening and she was laying in my lap.
Suddenly my brother pinned her against the wall with his truck very slowly and was crushing her until I agreed to break up with her and take off the wristbands.
I don't HAVE a brother. All of my dreams are like that, they're just weird clips that are nonsensical.
Earlier in the night I was dreaming that I was in a movie theater but that's all I can remember, but weird stuff was happening. I woke up three or four hours ago so I think I just forgot about it which is another thing I often do with my dreams lol.
EDIT: I remember it now and I don't know how but I remembered it. We left the movie theater and went to the ocean and I have my girlfriend's daughter, again my girlfriend doesn't have a daughter, and we were jumping into the ocean and swimming with killer whales.
I'm actually terrified of open water and I wasn't in the dream even with killer whales and sharks near us, so no idea what that was about.

I've experienced this with dreams where any attempt to take a step feels as if something is physically making it impossible to move my legs. One such dream that immediately comes to mind is me being on my college campus trying to walk to class only to struggle just to take any sort of step to move forward.

On the flip side, I've had dreams where I'm being pursued and my pursuers always run faster than I can as if they're Olympic record holders.

I once had a dream where some kind of demonic butcher cut my stomach open and put hot stones inside and stitched me back up. Then I woke up from it with an awful stomach ache and had to take a wicked shit.

Yesterday, I had a nightmare where a monstrous polar bear chased me through a supermarket. Only, when I ran through the automatic doors into the main entrance, there was a long tunnel instead, not unlike the Mr Bringsly chase scene in An American Werewolf in London. And, back to the bear, it looked close to one of the Short-Faced Bears in Prehistoric Planet: Ice Age.

The Short-Faced Bear, or Arctodus, for palaeontology nerds, I'm on about:

Every time something bad is about to happen in real life, I have these really disturbing muddled dreams a few days before. They're rare but when it happens these dreams loop into themselves over and over so I'm convinced I'm already awake in reality when it is not fact reality.

Awful every time, not to mention the bad events that happen afterwards.

I wonder if there's a scientific explanation for this.

I had a dream were me and a group were going to see a concert. At the entrance there were pretty tall loonies greeting us, wearing neon suits and makeup. They kinda looked like some avant-garde house musicians, but they also kinda felt sus.

While I was in the concert, I saw some blinking devices on the floor. A guy was coming in with a suitcase, presumably for a blowtorch of sort? A security guard came because he found this very suspect. However, he found out the suitcase was actually a bomb??

I was a little spooked, I tried to exit from the main entrance, but the neon guys came with guns and said "THIS IS A HOLDUP, IF YOU TRY TO LEAVE WE'LL BLOW THIS PLACE UP".

Later in the dream, I learn they were a bunch of loonies that had a contract with the city to play some music, but they lost it. So instead they were just standing at the front entrance planning to do some ultraviolence in retailation.

We did escape and went to my parents house, however the neon men followed and started just self-inserting themselves in the living room, trashing the place, eating all the food, for 3 days straight. Me, the rest of the group and my family were stuck in a room. We considered calling the police (great idea), however saying it out loud (bad idea) attracted the attention of the loonies.

I think either the police came or they left, forgot about the rest. It was a stressful dream, but it was fun.

Haven't had a weird dream in a while. Rarely even dream anymore. But a somewhat weird dream I had recently was where I got swallowed whole by a shark while scuba diving and vlogging to Twitch. I was just chilling in its stomach asking chat what I should do while they spammed monkaS and then I woke up

Had a dream where I was exploring a mall that had a library built into it. I remember wandering around and the place had like neon lights here and there. I stumbled into an arcade room where there were nuns playing a motorcycle racing game, talking to some business guy telling me about concepts of money while he was smoking. After wandering I stumbled into the library part and started reading books all about artworks and artist. Some of the artwork I was looking at seemed like I've seen them before and others were completely unexplainable. However whats interesting was seeing the unknown artist works is how their art styles progressed from 80's to all the way up to 2020's.
It ended when people started walking out to the exits after they announced something that was going on.
Really wish I could go there if such a place existed.

My dreams can be very cinematic and don't always involve me at all, and sometimes they shift around from subject to subject like a movie plot abruptly shifting.
Last night I was dreaming about several different things that I don't remember now, but eventually the scene shifted to a NASA control room full of scientific instruments going off, and scientists dudes being baffled because they were detecting the presence of a unknown spacecraft in low orbit. They switch to satellite view on a large screen, which reveals a giant spaceship shaped like Ozzy Osbourne's head.
The “scene” shifted and now the view was up in space close to the ship, the mouth of the ship opened up and Ozzy floated out in a spacesuit and started singing Bark at the Moon.
It was very badass.

I was reading about Ozzy in Robert Sellers' A-Z of Hellraisers earlier tonight in the bath. And Edna St Vincent Millay and Charles Bukowski. Bless all three of 'em. :(

This one was kind of funny, and also kind of predicted the future.

I was walking to an appointment I had. I'm not sure what it was, but it was something where I needed to make a good impression, and it was important to my status in life.

I walked to the entrance of the place, and looked at the door. It was an unassuming black door. I'd found it, and I decided to check my phone before I went in.

I pulled it out, and without unlocking it, a black guy was on my screen wearing a red and white baseball cap. He wagged his finger at me and looked at me with a smirk as he said "mm-mm, I don't think so! Wouldn't do that if I was you!" It looked like a TikTok video or something. I woke up after that.

Funny enough, I had a job interview recently. The door to the building was...an unassuming black door.

Interview went well, but I didn't get a good feeling from the job, so even though I need employment, I'm going to tell them no if they ask for another interview. Also, I think it's best to take black TikTok dream guy's advice. So, thanks, black TikTok dream guy. Probably saved me from working a job I would have hated.

Had one where PPP and Warski had set up shop in my house and were streaming Kino Casino from there. I have no idea how they got in.
