Weird stuff you keep on your nightstand - Your phone, your Trump picture, a midnight snack or your fleshlight

All mine has is a lamp, a picture of my wife and kid when we went to the beach and whatever book I'm reading before bed.

Int he drawer though I have some lube, a knife and a postcard

Used to keep my .357 in there but since my toddler has figured out how to get past all the baby proofing shit I've moved it to the bio-metric gun safe on the top of my dresser

Empty water bottle full of casings I pick up after going to the range, a photo of my dogs and a maglite

Inside is a bottle of lube and condoms, a flashlight (not fleshlight), a lighter, and some spare misc electronic shit like chargers, earbuds, etc.

There is also a knife in there.....just in case.

On top is always some sort of drink, whether it's a humble bottle of water, gatorade, or a 2 liter of dew something to drink is always nearby.

I have a little penguin stuffed toy that I have had for almost 20 years from my childhood.

He has survived multiple dog attacks and the loss of his left eye.

If I ever have a kid I will give him to them.

A plasma lamp shaped like a lava lamp:

As well as a Himalayan salt rock lamp, an alarm clock and my 3DS.

Lamp but aside that just my thermos of ice water. I don't like things on the top, it irks me I have a drawer right there where stuff I want/need is.

I have a little storage ottoman instead of a nightstand but I do keep my security system loaded and ready to go in there (I don't have kids to worry about digging in easy to reach places yet) The weird thing is I keep a Bible and devotional on top but I'm not even a Christian and it's not like I have anything to prove to anyone but I just don't move them. They look nice though.

I think it only remotely counts, but on my "nightstand" there are 2 odd-shaped pieces of thick, dark blue plexiglass attached to my electronic clock via rubber band. Pieces themselves are from some kind of Soviet-era toy, and the reason for them being there is simple: clock has no brightness adjustment, and seems to be equipped with military-grade white laser instead of normal lights, so plexiglass keeps the glow palatable (and pleasantly blue).
Also there's an old analogue Philips-brand tv with a paperweight on top of it, but that's not as weird.

A rock from a lake on the other side of the ocean, as well as some crystals and an orange candle sitting on an orange cloth with a circular motif. It isn't weird to me but I understand how other people might think otherwise.

Inside my dresser I keep normal stuff, at least if you're an elderly person. Multiple medicines, cremes, etc. because I won/lost the genetic lotto.

I usually put my phone and tablet next to my dresser, since my hippie and spoonie shit take up all the space.

Just a digital clock that's about 20 years old and still functions properly despite being made of pure chinesium.

The rest of the nightstand is my partner's stuff. Hair products mostly. Except the bobby pins - those migrate all over the room/house/county.
