not so much YT, but instagram went through a weird phase of showing me really high end luxury stuff. Private submarines, polo pony accessories, wealth management, concierge services for billionaires and bespoke / high end jewellery. The sort of discreet alpine spa that costs 30k a week. That sort of thing.
Not the sort of ‘gawp at the rich’ accounts but actual services.
I racked my brain to think of what i could have searched for or interacted with to trigger this and I still can’t think. I do not even own a regular pony, and I only use insta for music, art and gardening tips.
YT only shows me music, because that’s mainly what i use it for.

As far as the weirdest thing i've ever had dumped on me by the algorithm? DEFINITELY Tamers12345. This video popped up in my feed a couple years ago and the next thing I knew I was legit crying from laughter. I'm so glad I got to experience pure Tamers before he became tainted by the damn bronies. He made the most hilariously autistic yet genuinely entertaining and sincere passion filled sonic content you'll ever see. This autistic genius inspired me to quit my shitty soul crushing job and find something that makes me happy, I adore this degenerate.

I get shit with Arabic text every now and then, I think youtube detects my comments about not liking sand people and they do it to troll me. I just click "do not reccomend this channel" every time. But I also do that to videos recommended with blacks in the thumbnails.
