Angering a client doesn't promise you will get fired. Source - I do it daily.
What all transpired and what makes you assume termination from it?
That could hurt....Streamed at too high of a bitrate. Client has pulled all of their future contracts from us because of it. Potentially lost the company millions.

Wait, the client has yanked all future contracts over a solitary fuckup? That client sounds like triple-distilled ballache, to be honest. As has been asked previously, is there any kind of provision to stop this sort of thing from happening, or is it entirely dependent on the guy on the ground remembering everything flawlessly? If it's the latter, then it's the company's fuckup just as much as yours.Streamed at too high of a bitrate. Client has pulled all of their future contracts from us because of it. While I don't know much about tech I don't know if it's a big or little fuck up, so I can't comment if pulling contracts is a warranted response.Wait, the client has yanked all future contracts over a solitary fuckup? Well, most of my jobs for the past fifteen years have been purely technical and clients that are this petulant over a simple screwup are rarely worth the money they bring in, in my experience. OP, I genuinely hope that you don't get done over for this - while I've no idea as to the ins and outs of your specific job, this is an obvious instance of the client throwing their toys out of the pram in a fit of pique. While I don't know much about tech I don't know if it's a big or little fuck up, so I can't comment if pulling contracts is a warranted response.
You have to accept when you work with clients you aren't in control of the, they may be dicks, may be nice etc. You get what you get even if this is minor and the client is being a dick. It's part of working with clients. If OP's fuck up was mild or major but cost the company it's really up to HR to see if the client over reacted or not. Also end of the day if these contracts cut, OP effected the bottom dollar, that's never a good place to be in.

Cut off your cock and start a Patreon.
Yes. It's well documented that you either have to be a whore with no dick, or cut your dick off.Already have a patreon. Is cock cutting necessary?
