What I thought the plot would be based on the title however, was about a person who ended up getting a name that somehow landed them in a polyamorous relationship. Maybe the other person got two names and the protagonist just has to deal with that fact, or maybe the protagonist and the third wheel have the same name, I don’t know. The protagonist is obviously uncomfortable but it’s okay, the council is never wrong, they just have to learn to like it. Cue increasingly horrific events that go more and more off the rails as the protagonist’s life spirals. It can be purely psychological, it can be physical too, the potential is there.
"Sorry, Danny, but the machine had a misprint, so you have to marry two women, both named Carly."
Isn't there a creepypasta about that? About having to be knocked out when going through a teleporter?
That's a Stephen King short story, The Jaunt

I guess they're gonna be interviewing the PenPal author from what I saw when checking if kemono had any new stuff*. Didn't bother to read the post though. I really don't get the obsession with this story. Didn't get it when they first covered it, understand it even less now.

*there wasn't anything new btw. Just that post about the interview(and a livestream this Friday) and another OTR where the first like 10 minutes was them spitballing the idea of reading actual stories (like Steven King and shit) while complaining about how hard their jobs are and reassuring you that's not what they're doing before they started looking at their reddit and Hunter asked what Yaoi is- at which point I bounced out. I will say it's weird that a guy sponsored by bad dragon dildos doesn't know what yaoi is. Idk how that works.

Hunter don't dig little boys.

Just dragon dicks.

Context for why he reacted to the rapture stream the way he did.

NGL it’s pretty endearing seeing Wendi sperg about this. He actually stands by his beliefs and takes them seriously, when the rest of xitter is probably making fun of “loony Christian Trumpists.” You go, white boy
I really want more Weird Bible Podcasts preferably without Isaiah being exhausted or having huge audio issues or both.

Excellent thumbnail, and laughing about child abuse TW in the first few seconds, might be a good one.

Haven't watched the whole ep yet but hunter trying on their new merch and breaking it with his morbidly obese body had me laughing out loud. Seems like another episode about pedophiles and rape, they truly have returned to r/nosleep.

Also I wonder if they're recording a bigger episode, this seems like a lackluster story to meet up in person for.

Great episode, one of the worst stories they've ever read. The sort of pointless torture porn that could, at best, trick a 12 year old into thinking it's profound but is utterly laughable to anyone else (CC's comparison to Schindler's list is apt, but at least that serves a propagandistic purpose and isn't nearly as poorly written); That the users of /r/nosleep liked the story is a bigger indictment of their taste than I previously thought possible.
