... Just not from me, sadly - Worst case scenario: I know they'll screw this up (even if not as bad as NuPPG has been and continues to be - FACT.), especially if all it's gonna be is pop culture references galore. I'll be waiting with low expectations, either way.
Nurse will probably be shown the door.

I would rather have it just be a Pinky and the Brain reboot, thanks.

Or, I don't know, why not bring back Freakazoid?

I can think of a million things these days Pinky and the Brain could use to take over the world, and it could work, but as for Freakazoid... is anyone these days really going to be able to capture the spontaneity and weirdness that went into the show?

Maybe not, but unless the Internet of today is just going to make Freakazoid's brain implode a million times over, I think there's still some creativity left in portraying the modern Internet. Like for instance, since the Internet's practically its own culture, have Freakazoid be like a representative or a dual-citizen of this Internet city/country trying to fight off the illegal "normies" from infiltrating his home--

...wait a minute...

Perhaps the backstory to Freakazoid could only work with the way the Internet was thought of in the mid-90s, in between being a thing for nerds only and a thing for everyone.

Freakazoid would have all the information on Tumblr in his brain and that of 4chan as well, if you think about it, and by God, I don't want to think about what that would result in.

Creatively, however, so much of what made the show great is that they did a lot of it on the fly. A lot of the dialogue Freakazoid says in the first episode was actually improvised by Paul Rugg, if you can believe it. I don't know whether you could do that today.

I haven't seen Coco, the Olaf short that accompanies it is keeping me from seeing it in theaters. I haven't been checking up on it to see if it was doing well in the box office, but I've heard some whispers people were confused to see a Disney short in front of a Pixar movie.
The Olaf short was actually pretty cute. Granted, it went on for far too long in my opinion (30 minutes roughly) it had some funny jokes about how twisted a lot of Christmas traditions are (hanging stockings over a fire, decorating the corpse of a tree, and at least 4 fruit cake jokes). It wasn’t bad overall, but it certainly shouldn’t have been in front of a Pixar movie.
As for Coco itself, I thought it was pretty great. Some similar concepts from the Book of Life but nothing that seems like it’s a blatant copy either aside from Musician, and that both take place on Día de los Muertos. The animation was fantastic as usual for a Pixar product, the songs and characters were fun, and the film brought in some nice twists in it as well.

This - I fucking loved Coco... it starts out cold, but gets amazing, mysterious, and outright endearing all at once straight to the end, once it really gets going. I'm sorry I saw Star Wars: TLJ first over this fucking awesome film. You don't know how sorry I am, either.

The full thing, I should mention, is on one of the Looney Tunes Golden Collection DVDs, and in the full thing Porky keeps blowing the line.

EDIT: Here it is:
Yeah, I read in the comments that this was just a fun thing the staff made way back in the day that was never meant to air.

Being Martin Luther King Jr. Day here in the US, I thought of this film again, so quite relevant even though it's quite a rarity to find.
