Poor Stephen, Nick pissed on his grave.
I agree. Even knowing Nick told STeven they were doing these things before he died wether he wants it or not. Its up there with Cartoon Network rebooting PPG without giving any consideration The og voice cast and not even offering Craig to ask to be a creative consultant on it at the very least. Like with Velma this spongebob cross over is a golden shower right on the original creator's grave with no concern for his final wishes.

On the other hand...and try and hear me out on this. It doesn't piss me off as much as velma does. I mean Velma's a garbage show even if it wasn't connected to scooby doo in any way shape or form. going out of its way to insult even potential new viewrs and long time scooby fans and its only on episode two. This tidal zone thing though?

It's a silly crossover meant to hype up the target audience and feel like some grand event to get them something to look forward too on the weekend. Let the kid's have fun with it. Who among us wasn't super hyped or excited everytime Nick announced a new upcoming spongebob special way back when? It's already come and gone if the dates are too be believed. It probably made a few hundred or so little spuds across the us happy to see it and now it little more than a memory now.

I will say this, Camp Coral isn’t that bad. It really is a show where the crew is seemingly making the best out of a bad situation as even they are a little peeved. The show may look worse visually than Jimmy Neutron at times, but the writing is pretty standard SpongeBob.

As for the Patrick Star Show, it is bad, but not egregious. It is the product you think it is. Not woke, but quality wise, probably only a little better than something like Johnny Test.

Trilby buddy they pissed so much on his grave you can feel R.Kelly's jealousy from prison.

Crossing over with your own spin-offs.

But why tho?
It could be a ratings hail mary. That's why PPG2016 and Thundercats Roar crossed over with TTG years ago only for both shows to keel over shortly after. TTG would live on of course.

5/10 artist didn't make Velmindy Dinkling fat enough.

Tldr: Let's focus our anger and attention where it really matters. Greif on the small stuff when we can to keep things at a fever pitch.

He's referencing a scene from Velma.
That's a relief for a second I thought AnOminous had snapped and gone off the deep end from everything going on. And he's good people in my book. Would hate to see him lose it and start going apeshit over nothing.

A trailer for the new Animaniacs season just came out.

Hey guys, wouldn't it be wild if I was posting this on a forum? Like a forum where people talk about stuff and rate other people's posts? Nah that'd be totally stupid. I'd never do that.

Are we done with meta humor yet?
At least it's almost over. Animaniacs 2.0 (as i call it) was...like eating a 3d printed steak made from cloned meat. It looks like the real deal on the surface and maybe at first even tastes okay. Then after a few more bites or watchings as it were, you notice it tastes off. Like some wrong imitation and you just wish you had a real steak the first time.

At least the meta humor in this kinda had more a reason to be there than Velma. Animaniacs did meta humor in the past and was arguably built on it, but even I admit that the original version was written by people who knew how to use meta properly. Understand that if you do it over and over again without any sort of subversion or letting a new joke land it just becomes tired and repetitive. Something the new writers sorley don't get.

Not going to bother after the second season being so bad.
