Western Animation - Discuss American, Canadian, and European cartoons here (or just bitch about wokeshit, I guess)

I'm gonna be completely honest, with no bullshit and no hyperbole, this is one of the many instances I've groaned in sheer cringe the loudest. Yet, CN is proud that they're alienating and losing many audiences faster than ever. The day CN finally goes off the air is the day I celebrate for its absolute horrifying embarrassment the PR marketing keeps on doing since almost the entire decade, and this goes double with most companies these days.

Fuck me running tonight!

Ok, with my spergout over and done with, time for some positivity, which was from your same post. I remember watching some Curious George tapes at age 6. Good times.
I just find it funny that their going hard on trannie shit. After a Trannie shot up a bunch of kids. I guess CN is admitting that they don't care if children are murdered by Trannies since children are no longer their targeted audience.

That's because the media is celebrating a killer for being a tranny like they did with George Floyd because the latter was black, yet they never did so to another tranny murderer who killed people in an elementary school almost last year. The media never even did the same with Brendon Terrant, Stephen Paddock, Elliot Rodger or Osama bin Laden in the same extent.

I know the media were publicly celebrating George Floyd. But are they actually publicly celebrating the tranny who shot those kids?

Well again, the media celebrates a tranny murderer because he killed innocent people. The media doesn't celebrate Brendon Terrant, Stephen Paddock, Elliot Rodger or Osama bin Laden in the same extent because they were never trans. While we're on the subject here, even Randy Stair is trans, yet nobody celebrated his murder spree in the same extent either, even if it was almost six years prior. This is exactly why the media is full of hypocrites, liars and absolute morons.

Oh well. The pilot was good though. I watched it with my dad and he really enjoyed it :). I hope they won't be too much gay and tranny shit because I don't think he would like that.

Anyone remover that curious George movie from 2006? I only remember the giant red monkey.
Lol I remember my Algebra teacher in middle school taking up half of the class time to sperg on about it and encouraging us to go see it for the animation alone. That movie legit had no reason to be as beautifully animated like it is, but that team really cared a lot to make it look good (the bathroom sequence, my Lord, the colors just ooze). Even the TV series that followed was pretty alright.

I swear, 2007-2010 was animation's peak. Was just a steady drop since.

The 2000s was the final bastion of great animation. We hoped the 2010s would be another stepup, but it's gotten worse since 2011. The same with most things these days. Only having rare good things under a pile of dirt.

Adult Swim's April Fools jokes are either hit or miss for me, but they're otherwise very creative.

Remember this gem?
My personal favorite is the 2017 prank, where all of the shows had weird audio effects applied to them:
Someone on Internet Archive used to have the full block of this but it seems to have mysteriously disappeared.

I remember the 2012 one bringing back Toonami being the most brilliant. It was a really cool moment at the time but the toonami creators have since wrecked most of the goodwill of the toonami revival had over a course of a decade after it's return.
