I thought this show was mercykilled a few seasons in. I wish I could go back to thinking that...

...as for the rest of the post, are you seriously surprised that the cheese pizza show is embracing pronouns and sexuality shit? That's literally its entire M.O, and if you weren't driven away by the fact that it's a show discussing pubescent children cumming into live body pillows and singing songs about boners, you sure as hell aren't going to be driven off by any old enby shit. Especially not if you're a pubescent child watching the show for its "relatability". They know their target audience and are pandering to it accordingly.

Had to vent is all. But like i said at least its almost over. Between this and santa inc (yes i remember that too) It seems Seth Rogan's dream of " a post sausage party adult animation renaissance." Is doomed to crash and burn. how many times can the industry crash and burn be it kids or "adult" animation before they realize pandering to your audience (who will most likely pirate your shows or watch them only via clip compilations on YouTube so they aren't really your audience btw rogan) is not a viable option? Even if your backed by fortune five 500 companies? Eventually those companies will see numbers go down, and when the numbers go down sacrifices at the altar have to be made. or as a good show from the days gone by once said...

you say that as if Seth Rogen wouldn't be openly in favor of shit like Big Mouth. I really think what he meant by adult animation renaissance is that he would be able to make tons of shitty sausage party sequels, a dream which died when the awful working conditions and unpersoning of animators in the movie's credits was revealed (and all of this while he had the balls to shit on Disney for doing the same lmao)
 
Aqua Teen Hunger Force is getting a new season
I do not like how the show looks competently well animated with different angles for the characters.

Ehh, Beavis & Butthead had a similar visual problem, but the writing was still great. I'm hoping Aqua Teen would do the same as the new Beavis & Butthead.

Non-animation and non-TV people seriously need to get the fuck out of the industry. They have nothing interesting to say and just want to indoctrinate kids but don't have the talent to make it even slightly entertaining. Ted Turner at least had experience in TV programming and being a producer before he pitched Captain Planet, and as much as we make fun of it, he was truly passionate about environmentalism. And Joe Ansolabehere and Paul Germain couldn't draw to save their skins, but they had experience in screenwriting for television before they created Recess, and Paul had a young son whom served as inspirations for Tommy Pickles as he was producing Rugrats.

Dunno, seth rogen its clearly well connected in showbiz, not because he's jewish per se (it helps) but he has clearly learned how to navigate that shit better than his other co-stars from his early movies. Being a total piece of shit that exploits animators and employees its a good sign of that.

Nah it was already meh by then, you're thinking the 90's, all the good shows they had that people talk about (Rocko, Arnold, Monsters, etc...) started back then.

to be......not fair but well i guess on some bright side. IT said this is a series of SHORTS. Not a full show. It may be a quick 5-7 thing that the network plays on youtube (and in between commercials like the good old days) but thats not excuess for being crap. look at what nick did witht he short format as i said....in those good ole days.....days of future past gone bye

Israeli Netflix put the old Justice League cartoon up (with the original Hebrew dub). Haven't watched the show in two decades and it is still as good as I remembered from two decades ago, the first three episodes were fantastic and could work as a movie by their own.

Please stop projecting my post. I'm not going to correct it. I still stand by my high ground that the 2000s was the final good decade. Besides, 2000s was the one decade that Nick brought us gems such as Avatar TLA, Invader Zim, Jimmy Neutron and Fairly Oddparents (you know, during the same time CN was also hitting their stride with their shows during that decade), are you just gonna dismiss these because they're not "but muh 90s" shows?
