Yeah she died a month earlier then Akira Toriyama, Lost Media is a huge thing that needs to have a thread on here. People have for years been led on chases because someone refuses to leak a copy of Lost Media they most certainly do not have the rights to own. There is some exceptions for Lost Media being gatekept such as the Columbine Basement Tapes, and the Grizzly Man Tape, but regular Kid Shows Pilots? 4Chan Pokemon users always refer to them as hoarders, it's ridiculous.
I wish I could understand this, but I guess I do - it's something like "fool's gold". But extremely autistic.

Just some quick points regarding this situation and this video in particular I'd like to point out, a few of which seem to have been glossed over.

1. Lsupersonicq's avatar doing that little hair swish along with sparkles coming out of his face is super weird.
2. There are (or were) a not insubstantial number of adults actively looking for a poorly made pilot of a show made for babies.
3. "K," the guy Lsupersonicq identifies as a kind of super expert on this show is an adult who dedicates a large portion of his brainpower to a show made for babies.
4. There is a wiki for this show where several other adults (and some teenagers which is kinda weirder in some ways) obsessively micromanage the display of information on a show made for babies.
5. There are a bunch of fags who derive power and self-worth from hiding a poorly made pilot of a show made for babies.

Conclusion: Everyone involved should have their hard drives searched.
Thank you.

Trailer for yet another Smurfs reboot movie came out about a month ago, didn't see it referenced here.
About as pathetic and formulaic as a kids animated feature can get. Bizarre marketing campaign too. Including the only(?) trailer that's currently out, above, almost entirely relying on Rihanna voicing Smurfette.
Heard of it from here, just put out a set of posters for every single voiced character on Twitter, each with some form of celebrity VA. Not that celebrity marketing for shit like this is new, just a ridiculous amount of characters, several they're making up just for this, all with some recognizable name to them.
1000005851.webp
It reeks of desperation.
Edit: I guessed I was just missing them, and I was. There's a couple other trailers, formatted about the same. And more Rihanna.
Obligatory themed popcorn bucket announced, Yay for more consumer slop.

Sometimes wikis for shit like this shouldn't exist. If you want to record information of it, post it to Wikipedia...and make it brief.

Evidently the culprit behind the Backyardigans pilot coverup is a mysterious "C", who has been leaving screaming voicemails for the other admins. Pure speculation, but 10 years ago there was an admin named Christopher Russel aka BackyardigansforChrist77; he's the only "C" name to be found in the core group of moderators. However, he hasn't been active much recently, so unless he swapped to a new account, it's hard to establish a clear link. Incidentally, most of the core admins go by their first names- "Sandra", "Aren", "Christopher", "Matt". Presumably most actual discussion takes place either off-site or in some backchannel, because message wall posts are too infrequent to yield the kind of familiarity with which they talk to each other.

It's down to the wire here folks: will we get the full story on any of this, or will we get bored with it and give up?

Edit: There's another admin account called "Tbrays30" also named Chris, with some sort of drama or joke that occurred in 2015 involving a few accounts apologizing on his wall and asking to be unblocked.. Might be the same Chris, might be a different one.

I watch that LSuperSonicQ guy sometimes. His focused autism is solely about preserving history that nobody cares about. The lengths people go to find stuff is worth the price of admission on it's own.

Personally, I'm glad the autistic jannies fought so hard to keep that kid's show hidden. Kept the mystery alive for a bunch of people. The best thing about people finding lost media is that there's always some giant pointless mystery involved and the solution is almost always, "The guy that made it forgot where the video was, but then he went in his garage and found it in a box after being badgered by a bunch of spergs."

They can't DCMA this shit, they are gatekeeping a dead woman's work. Fuck them.
I want to see them make the most insane reasoning of why they did this shit.
like say they trained an experimental AI on the lost footage, and the AI told them not to release it to the public
because it's cursed. then say you were planning to make a high effort horror ARG, and all the lore and story depended on hiding the actual footage.

dude. let me on the Backyardigand wiki HR team.
I'll fix this shit yesterday. and make this all make sense.

I hate those fat fuck cops "Oh hurd durhd, you're not allowed because we don't want you to see it."
They literally could have stopped columbine if they'd got off their MASSIVE ASSES, but instead they gatekept the idiots basement tapes.
Grizzly Man, didn't they destroy the tapes?
Third one, Chubbuck, it's another "The family doesn't want it shared"

Fuck, they censored eminem's columbine verse, even on the "uncensored" version.

They literally could have stopped columbine if they'd got off their MASSIVE ASSES, but instead they gatekept the idiots basement tapes.
It's because they didn't want to have people be encouraged to do it, but then again... The last few decades doesn't matter to them lol. Because regardless it happens.

In some new Lost Media News, someone apparently found the Long Lost pilot of Backyardigans, and even shared some screenshots of it.

They were planning on uploading it, until someone (Presumably from the Backyardigans Wiki) allegedly threatened to dox them, so they're unable to fully release the pilot.

So how autistic do you have to be to gatekeep a pilot for a damn show made for literal toddlers so hard that you threaten to release someone's personal info over it... apparently very...
The levels of autism to gatekeep some nick jr pilot is insane

Why the fuck would anybody want to keep this from going public? Is it just some kind of flex to say that you have it and others don’t?

With competition from Fantastic Four and Superman, there’s no fucking way Smurfs is making back it money. Paramount’s had the shittiest luck with their theatrical animated movie output this decade.

I was doing a deep dive on Tbrays30 during work today. I don't think he's the one that was the gatekeeper but he does seem like a bit of a control freak, he has admin roles on a ton of these wikias. I didn't have time to look through every single message but here's what I could find:

- His real name is in fact Chris.
real-name.webp

real-name2.webp

- Is obsessed with Paw Patrols and has a fursona based off the show.
furry-oc.webpfurry-oc2.webp

- Likes baseball and other sports which I'm guessing is where his user name comes from (Tampa Bay Rays = Tbrays). His profile pic is for a soccer team in the Netherlands though I'm fairly certain he lives in the east coast of the U.S.
baseball.webp

- His DeviantArt account which also confirms he lives somewhere near eastern North Carolina:

More confirmation
1751073118506.webp

da.webp

1751072791729.webp

- And finally, he apparently doesn't have a Discord account
no-discord.webp

Overall, I didn't see anything too noteworthy about him other than some cringe roleplaying and kids arguing about getting banned because of him doing basic janny stuff.

Also as a bonus I was able to find a video of his voice in case you were curious what a guy who spends most of their time being an admin for 100+ wikis of primarily children's show sounds like:

This faggotry is absolutely rife in the video game lost media community. People will find a test cart in a yard sale or on a dev kit they bought off eBay then refuse to dump the ROM online unless someone pays them ridiculous fees.

Off the top of my head I can remember Bio Force Ape, Resident Evil 2's alpha build and an unreleased SNES game about Bill Clinton's cat.

There is definitely an aspect of that to certain stuff, but it still doesn't excuse the faggotry of going from forum to forum bragging about how you have this stuff but aren't going to share.

Some people just want to feel special.
Reminds me of the Reddit guy that gave Blizzard back the souce code for WOW.

LSSQ updated his animation of his intro. His older videos only had a static image of his avatar. I’ve followed him on YT since 2018 and his recent topics have been mostly forgettable stuff. It wasn’t just Backyardigans that he was talking about, there were a few videos that were centered on SpongeBob stuff.

The only interesting lost media relating to SB was the “Behind Closed Doors” drawings. Aside from that most of the other lost media was obscure promo material

It's a double edged sword, to have the Wikia project. The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius one has good information and is brief, and they don't hoard the 1998 pilot, since it is readily available. With this is mind, there's no excuse to this shit.
I should be allowed to see 9/11 lost media involving bodies getting splattered on the ground.

We should be able to see the dancing Israelis, and broadcast this to the whole world.

Why should anyone care about a show made for toddlers, and this much? Are they troons? If so, explains a lot.
