I am not one to sperg about character design much but who are these people? I know what is a Batman but i can barely identify who is who.
Is that Dracula like guy on the back supposed to be Ras al Ghul? Who's the redheaded ho on the left? Why make Robin just a small Batman??? Who's the generic Black afro woman with glasses supposed to be???? WHY DOES BATMAN HAVE THAT SHITTY FUCKING BEARD????????? I have no idea why this is getting on my nerves i am not that big Batman fan.

Still, it's kinda of weird how there's this specific generic looking style for all comedy animations forming the last decade. This one isn't quite as bad but there's still elements of the weird "part family guy part rick and morty copycat art" look.
 
Robin looks like that because it's meant to be Damian. It's likely a sequel of that Christmas title where Little Batman Damian saves Bats and Chrismas, or some shit like that. Bats had that beard here too.

Black girl is “Alicia Pennyworth”, Bruce’s childhood friend and Alfred’s grand niece. Dracula IS Ra’s, yet as a not-dead spirit form thing. The redhead is inexplicably Volcana, an obscure villain who in this show is Batman’s newest ward after a Lazarus Pit incident made her twelve. There’s also Man-Bat and the cat, named after Catwoman. It doesn’t look like any of the Robins OR Batgirls are actually involved outside of the whole “Little Batman” thing, because this is supposed to be a spinoff to a Christmas special a year or two ago.

Frankie is horrifying because of her face--the frog-like mouth and sickly looking eyes, as well as the crappy proportions like the thin ankles and gunt. There's also no need to pornify her outfit. Loose clothes are fine, a god damned work overall doesn't need to be skintight. The design is just ugly dogshit.
