It was nice they used the theme song (of course they apparently swiped out "Gay" for "Brave" but I'm sure we know why anyway).
From what I'm seeing they may have been hasty to take it out.

yeah first ep seemed pretty fun, I'm downloading the second one now so I can catch it later
Nobody can outdo or even get near what Boris Karloff did with the Grinch, so quit fucking raping a classic.
Hans Conried did a pretty good Grinch in Halloween is Grinch Night, though.
The casting for the new movies makes no sense whatsoever and honestly feels like they chose based on Star Power rather than who would be more qualified for the role.
That is a very good point to make about this. It's a shame when they aren't casting for that very reason.I wish I could agree this a thousand times because in my opinion Hans Conried's performance in Halloween is Grinch Night is one of his greatest performances. He did an excellent job as both the Grinch and Narrator and in my view he is on the same level as Karloff when it comes to the role.
Speaking of Conried, there's something else that's bothered me about the modern Grinch Films and that's there is no rhyme or reason for the casting. With the first two specials the casting was very specific for the roles. For the Chuck Jones special you had famed monster villain actor Boris Karloff playing the title role and June Foray playing Cindy Lou Who. For Halloween is Grinch Night, you had famed animated villain actor Hans Conried playing the title role, you had Andy Griffith Show veterans Hal Smith and Irene Tedrow playing a small town couple, you had Jack Deleon humorously playing a police officer (For those who don't know, Jack DeLeon played criminal Marty Morrison on Barney Miller) and you had Gary Shapiro playing the nerdy hero.

I just atched the first three episodes of "The Legend of the three Caballeros", an animated Disney show inspired by the fmaous 40s cartoon with Donald, Panchito and Jose.
Guys... this show is amazing.
The color pallet may in parts be oversaturated, but the jokes and animation are awesome.
The entire show starts of with Donald's birthday (Friday the 13th, a reference to the old Caballero movie itself already) and everything going cartoonishly wrong.
From there on he meets Panchito and Jose as new characters, with all three having inherited an old house with all sorts of artifact, including a book that contains a goddess of adventure.
From there on it becomes essentially the three caballeros globe trotting to stop evil sorcerers and fight ancient monsters.
I don't knwo waht else to say but "watch it".
I would go so far and say it has some things to it that make it stand above the new Ducktales.
I really don't know why it's only available in the Philippines at the moment. If it's completed surely they could have taken the time to release it in other countries? It's a wonder they haven't put it out in any other Latin countries - not even Brazil, where Jose Carioca is extremely popular...

It helps that he already had a previous villain role as Captain Hook.Hans Conried did a pretty good Grinch in Halloween is Grinch Night, though.
