If I had to guess, with all the interactions I've had with this shitwit and everything else I've seen:

Traumatic child experience, unresolved - likely by a trusted family member. Leading into an attention issue, desperate for some kind of purpose or validity - always trying to fill that empty void, while using escapism as a coping mechanism for avoiding her own deep-rooted personal psychosis.

Got into the cosplay/anime community, found an unconditional support mechanism. Is now latching on and creating a feed-back loop of self-gratification. (For anyone who's played Portal 2, much like how Wheatley reacted to the elation of creating a "test", and then getting frustrated when he didn't get the same dopamine rush when he made the same "tests")

The walls are literally falling in, and we're witnessing (in real-time) the mental degredation of a human being playing out on social media. Honestly wouldn't be surprised to find her floating in a river in the next 5 years.

To be honest, I've already thought that myself, that the obvious hate against Vic is a thinly veiled hate against men in general, caused by sexual abuse in her youth if not childhood possibly by someone who was very near to her or her family, which sadly caused severe PTSD and went untreated. Seeing sexual assault behind every bush and every corner seriously points into that direction.
Also, IMHO, her extreme makeup, which makes her look almost like a male, is some sort of safety mechanism to make her deliberately unattractive to straight men (she really doesn't look that bad without makeup), almost like some sort of avoidance strategy, which leads to a problem orientated coping mechanism, in which she's taking control of the stress, and by doing so removes herself from the stressful situation of possibly getting hit on by a straight male.
I really do fear that if she doesn't see for herself that she need help, and gets some treatment, she will end up like you assumed, albeit I highly doubt the 5 years. I fear it could be less than that.

It's almost impossible to find what the laws were before 2011, but statue of limitation is 2-12 years with serious crimes being indefinite, and the current law says failing to report child abuse is just a misdeamenor after the second offense.
Fun fact I learned, Tekko Con takes place at the same convention center as Anthro Con. I wonder if Manjaw was a volunteer at a furry convention in 2007 as well.

So they're really pulling out the dirty moves, to the point of trying to get the affidavits to not be released so that KickVic can continue to run a smear campaign without the farms to target and pick apart their stories like we usually do.

Affidavits don't even matter unless they're being used to do something, like support a motion or otherwise get a court to do something, and in that event, they'll have to be submitted as evidence. That dumb motherfucker Casey more or less screwed them out of any credible case for confidentiality, for reasons nobody understands.

Attempt at theory crafting out the Affidavit game plan:

Motivating factors:

1. Casey wanted to hand over something to Ty before depositions to take some of the sting out of the upcoming motion to compel hearing.
2. ljmontello and likely some others specifically wanted these statements published as some sort of court document - so they could reference them to make their planned anti TekkoCon play stronger.
3. Casey wanted to go before the judge saying "Ty is releasing info that should be private" to score points.

Intended Game Plan:

1. Give the docs to Ty the night before Ron's deposition
2. Expect Nick to immediately release them
3. Play games before the judge based on point 2
4. ljmontello and others would begin the TekkoCon brigade pointing to the published affidavits as some sort of evidence

What happened:

1. Docs were given to Ty as planned
2. Ty did forward them to Nick but he did NOT release them (failure 1)
3. They went before the judge and the judge said - Ty 100% could release them if wanted (failure 2)
4. ljmontello began the TekkoCon brigade pointing to documents that apparently existed without them actually available to the public
5. Shane tried to criticise:
   1. Nick for having documents and not releasing them
   2. Ty for giving documents to Nick (even though the judge had said it's fine)

It's a one-off right now. Vic's batch of con-bullying was one incident, Tekko could just be collateral damage since it's still over Vic.

What stood out to me from what Nick said is that Ty wanted these affidavits redacted and released while Casey didn't. They must be pretty stupid on face value. Now one of those witnesses has been publicly attacking Peter and constantly running her mouth to show how unhinged and malicious she is in her vendetta against Vic.
