What are some good beast fables? (Preferably ones centered around foxes, coyotes, wolves)

I've already read Reynard The Fox, Animal Farm, Der Steppenwolf, Fantastic Mr. Fox and the Aesop ones. I've heard of Watership Down,
but I lost interest when I found out it wasn't about foxes or warships. I also want to read some werwolf stories, but they seem to either be
proto-furfag erotica or generic scary stories.
