What are some good, NON-SJW themed children's shows? - From the past or still running today

Depends on age.

(Preschool ) Bagpuss, The Clangers, Spider, old teletubbies, octonauts, old Tom and Jerry, Thomas the tank engine, Spot the Dog, old Andy Pandy. Basically anything from the 70's, 80's and 90's.

(Older) Avatar the last air bender, early Pokémon/Digimon etc, the land before time both films and series, early capeshit cartoons such as batman, TMNT, X-Men academy etc.

Not sure what else tbh, I can give you reams of preschool suggestions, but I'm relying on my own foggy memory of childhood for older kid shows.

Rolie Polie Olie?

It's a 3DCG scifi thing from circa 2000 about mechanical alien people who have faces like this:

As for kids' stuff from now that doesn't suck, the only option may be stuff from non-woke countries.

Two great ones from communist Czechoslovakia, that have no dialogues & so no need for dubbing -
for very small kids, Krteček / Little Mole / Kleine Maulwurf

fun even for adults, Pat & Mat, slapstick stopmotion series about two handymen.

No nigs or deviants or politics. Should be on youtube.

Seconded; especially the book: The Phantom Tollbooth

Honorable Mention: Hungarian Folktales
They were whining about the "lack of diversity" in Bluey some time ago, so that might be worth checking out.
I was about to suggest it; Bluey has plenty of diversity, just not the kind SJWs want & is pushing.

I've watched & enjoyed them all with my young daughter, and managed to do so precisely because it wasn't woke. It's surprisingly based, and not in an ironic sense; and is fun because it helped me remember how to connect with kid imagination. The animation is also considerably less jarring than other shit. Shadowlands was probably my favorite.

Unironically Squirrel and Hedgehog and other north korean cartoons
It might turn them into furfags but thematically it's the least pozzed cartoon that I could think of.
On another note
I would recommend most of the old Rankin bass cartoons and stop motion specials
any of the Peanuts cartoons
The world of Peter Rabbit and friends
some of the old Soyuzmultfilm movies and shows
The 1990 Moomin cartoon
Gundam
Dragonball z
Sailor moon
just various old animes in general
The Last exile
Studio Ghibli films
Over the Garden wall
Flapjack and Chowder
Hungarian folk cartoons
If they are really little then probably
Ringo star and George Carlin era of Thomas the tank engine
Susan Sheridan era of Noddy's Toyland adventures
Mister Rogers Neighborhood
the old Clifford the big red dog cartoon from the 2000s

Literally anything pre 2005. It's pretty rare to have any kids show before then be full of SJW bullshit.
The original Captain Scarlett is decent product of its time, but all the puppets chain smoke and bleed when they get wounded. So maybe save it for when they are a bit older.

Digimon (just not S3 or the end of S2 for little ones), don’t know how bad they fucked Ninjago over after the movie but it was pretty cool. Dragon Ball, That one Kirby anime

Rolie Polie Olie
Bear In The Big Blue House
early Blues Clues
Franklin
Arthur
Madeline
Pb&J Otter
early Barney (I know everyone hates this show but it's good for kids)
Teletubbies
Bananas In Pajamas
Fraggle Rock
Today's Special
Huggabug Club
Between The Lions
Big Comfy Couch
Cyberchase
Zoobilee Zoo

I feel like I'm forgetting some and also telling too much about myself. Also watch (with or without kids) 80's The Raccoons and the new Ducktales.

Have your kids watch the magic school bus. Not rides again, but the show from the 90’s. Very educational and also entertaining. Really any old cartoon works if you don’t want the gay mafia going after your kids. Even the older seasons of blues clues with Steve and Joe. There’s also Pokemon which every kid on earth loves.
If none of those sound good you could try some shonen anime like DBZ or Bleach.
Bleach depends on the age. If they’re older it shouldn’t be a problem but it’s not really a little kid show. (Violence mainly) Then again, it’s been years since I’ve watched bleach.
My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic
The show is fine for girls but you’re asking for a future brony if you let a boy watch it.
