Consider looking into the recent findings of medical AI machines. They detected deep differences in the bones of each race, stuff that smug 1990s-Current Year researchers used to make fun of by comparing it to Victorian Era stuff.

I don't think we have to do anything too extreme or radical, but working from the assumption that we're all perfectly equal if we're not will not work in the long run, we have to simply take the reality into account whatever it is.

For any trouble makers that can't accept that they deserve to simply be locked up or maybe deported if they break the law, we don't need to do anything to anyone who's a law abiding citizen regardless of their race.

I think we need to take a clear eyed look at the reality of the situation to avoid innocent people getting hurt.

Every physical trait is spread by probability, there is no "race X is superior to race Y" in anything unless you go through legit subhumans like in Australia, but there is a case of a population that is generally better at something if you randomly sample a member against another group.
That said, it is highly likely "white" races (probably minus the slavs) are generally better in intelligence, social skills and cooperation than other races based on the fucked the European countries conquered the world, and the other countries haven't kept up even after full half century of white countries purposely sabotaging themselves for "equality" (and no, Japan is also in that category).
There are attempts to explain this by non-biological means (famously in Guns, Metal and Germs) but this is mainly cope.
There is the culture angle, which has a massive impact, but if a race collectively decides to under achieve this is a problem with them since they should be able to see it's not beneficial for them.

As for evidence, there is none since this is more taboo in universities than literal pedophilia. So the evidence we can gather is based on seeing what happens in reality.

It's weird because I tend to see sentiments like this on the extreme left and right with their inability to contextualize population statistics when talking about individual cases. It's on average about equal parts nurture and nature with a little bit of volition.
Since races are groups of people distantly related one would assume that they would share a certain part of nature. But since there's a great deal of variation between people within a "race" (also remembering races shade into each other), and again nature is only part of it, what could be explainable by race would by necessity shrink to less than half. I can't pretend to give a number, but my thinking is, like, 10% or less of nature, so think like 5% or less of your personality being attributable to race.
Most racialist explanations I've seen of behaviors or racialist theories of history don't stand up to any serious scrutiny.
