What are the health benefits of getting an enema?

If you get enemas every day then Thoth won't turn you into a bird.

I thought it was just: eat and poop. Didn't know there were so many layers to the discussion of taking a decent shit.

When I was going into Microbiology as an Undergrad before switching my major I had a professor who always advocated for people to get enema treatments with the microbes often found in the shit and lower intestines of the native Mayan and other tribesman of Central America (ex. Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua, etc.) because apparently there have been a ton of studies that show there are some gut bacterium only found in that specific population of humans worldwide that makes them extremely immune to gastrointestinal disorders and diseases like food poisoning, And people call me racist for pointing shit like this out!

Fast relief from constipation because I do not want to wait for a laxative to work (when the coffee failed to keep me regular) and not to mention to cramping pain that laxatives cause.

As others have said, constipation. The only other reason you'd need one is if you're going in for surgery or a colonoscopy. I don't really recommend them for constipation though, there are better methods such as psyllium husk, coffee, and spicy food.

Why would you? Healthy gut flora, fibre and liquid intake with regular exercise beats any given "detox" clinics.

Hell enemas are only suggested in life threatening constipation instances.
Yes you read that right, it can be cause of death. Hell constipation killed niggers more than police did at some point.

If anything getting hose up your ass gets rid of your healthy gut flora and fibres.
Enemas via stimulants when used in long term will give you a lazy colon, lower intenstine forms dependency to function properly ultimately at worst case scenario giving you need for a colostomy bag in order to get rid of shit.

Long story getting something up your ass isn't healthy nor is it detoxing, there aren't any medical papers to prove that there are any medical benefits.

I am a optimist who assumes that there are people on internet who lack resources to study medicine, pharmacology.

Enemas are not really intended for persistent use. If you have to use it all the time, either you and Chad need to take a break or see a doctor.

Say it helps against the coof and you'll have soyboys lining up one the street to receive it and get a tattoo of that most noteworthy date.

Don't take this for granted. Only a matter of time until sufficiently enough people with bad shitting habits get together and call it "defecation privilege" or something.
