I'm going to have to go with Mr. Mosquito. You run around tormenting the same family for the entire game by biting them and sucking their blood.

Ahh Mr. Mosquito, I forgot to mention that game. Rented it from a Hollywood Videostore that used to be around. Spent alot of time playing before giving up in the penultimate level.

Since I actually managed to play it on Youtube, I could chime in and say this is one of the weirdest games out there. I think the best ending is the one where John distracts Thresher.
