They somewhat improved the design in the second movie, They finally gave them more decent gear than these dumb clothes they had in the first.

somehow he makes HE-Man seem more dignified.
I dislike almost ALL of the character designs. but this is one is the dumbest of them, if you ask me.

There was Badrock (the stony guy... it's like Bedrock, except he's BAAAAD, yo.), Chapel (Skull Dude), Vogue (Purple Girl), Shaft (Not Black Guy rocking the Shatterstar headgear and stringless bow), theeen there was.... uhm... uhhhh, I know he was a cyborg... Turbo? Max... Turbo... Blood...Guy? And finally, there was Musty Cat Man, whose powers included epic beards and being musty.

To add insult to injury, the merchandise with these bland characters was massively over-produced, so most online shops have piles of it even 10+ years later, that creep into the search results for everything. And even the recent products based on it are mediocre and embarrassing.
I think this is 1/6th scale, but the head looks like a pencil eraser.

All of these seem to be indirectly or directly a copy of another char.. main guy is hawkeye +shatterstar (one of the shittiest original characters)
Back guy is hulk + the thing.
Black guy is pertty much cable + frank castle (also how the hell is he holding the gun?)
left costumed dude looks like a shitty merge of spiderman with deadpool and cable.
Best part are the feet, he cant draw these for shit and he always hides them or draws them in "ballerina" pose.

I fully deserve these :autism: ratings, and I'm going to say it regardless: I absolutely despise Renamon's design.
First of all, I generally dislike making the sclera black unless the character is meant to be obviously evil like Majin Buu or Shan Yu: also the shape of Renamon's eyes looks off to me.
Second, her proportions are hideous: the limbs look stretched and unnatural, and her waist is thinner than her fucking forearms.
Third, they made her into furrybait by giving her wide hips and that tuft of fur on her chest which looks like boobs according to filthy generates on deviantArt, but the problem with that is she's supposed to be a child (the "Rookie" rank is called "Child" in the Japanese version, much like "Champion" is "Adult", and every other Rookie level digimon in the series is generally depicted with a childlike attitude). Chiaki J. Konaka tried to handwave this away by making the "digimons don't have genders" claim, but he also wrote an episode where a bunch of Lovecraftian monsters wanted to gangrape and impregnate an 11-year-old girl so make of that what you will.
Fourth, yellow and purple is such an overused color scheme in Digimon alone. Digmon, for example:
