What Are The Worst Character Designs You Have Ever Seen?

Admittedly, this is a low hanging fruit, but I really need to say ok ko's designs are shit.

I actually dig the character designs of a lot of the regular plaza characters. Shame the show has an ugly, inconsistent artstyle and no quality control. In a different show with a different style a design like Boxing Judy's could easily shine.

I could've sworn that the show's character designs were influenced by countless (and talentless) Tumblrina artists.

I have a fair share of my gripes with Steven Universe's character designs, but at least they don't make me want to claw my eyes out. Most of O.K. K.O.'s character designs are a complete and unholy abomination with total disregard for every art and design principle. Not even being a largely comedy-focused show excuses its awful art direction.

I mean, the shows creator is the guy who said as long as you can identify the character its on model. The good thing is that, unlike SU, it went and came in a flash.

In this case, I would say the art style is the problem more than the designs themselves.

Fucking hate this anime girl, i remember seeing her all the time on my twitter feed when Unseen Japan sperged about her being on a blood donation advertisement, and then a bunch of weebs would thirst for her, when she looks like horrible: From the crappy bowlcut, to the water balloon like boobs, to the flesh fang (i despise that design trope so much), to the slant eyes, she looks fucking ugly and I can't understand why so many weebs fap to this character that without the giant boobs would look like a guy.

simple yet effective, much easier on the eyes, not a terrible lot going on costume-wise - yet still sends out the same "dark mage" feel without being an eyesore
