You know that dream where you come to class and realize that there is a test you didn't study for at all? That happened to me for real once. There was this class that totally bored me and all I did was come in and sit down then leave day after day not paying a wink of attention. Then one day I come in and notice people unusually quiet and getting ready for something lo and behold they are announcing the beginning of an exam. And I hadn't studied. And I mean that literally. I don't think I had even spent one minute preparing.

I went to the teacher's assistant and lied about some emergency. Well sort of, there was an actual emergency that I was nearly shitting my pants thinking I would fail. I went to the library and started the mother of all cram sessions cracking open and reading through my texts and assignments for the first time for the rest of the day and through the night into the morning of the next day where I took the test.
