I've noticed that you're wanting to get your Growing Around stuff picked up by a real network. To be honest, it will need a few tweaks before that can happen.
You seem adverse to taking risks out of fear of offending someone. It seems like you're too afraid to step out of the box. Nothing in your scripts is fresh, new or original. These plots have all been done before, and you're not adding anything new, there's no unique spin.
The characters could also use some work. I read the character sheet you made of them, and you left most of it blank. I've read the scripts, and Sally and Talula are the only ones with real personality. But, Sally seems like a Mabel clone and Talula a Pacifica one.
You also don't have anything in the way of experience, if you really want to do this, I seriously recommend going to an art school, you'll pick up many valuable skills that way. I know you say college isn't for everyone, which is true, it depends on what kind of job you're wanting. But if you want to go into animation, you seriously need a good education for the field.
Plus, most show creators started out working on other shows before moving on to making their own, you're not just going to walk into CN and be handed the reigns. Even Lauren Faust has had great difficulty getting her Galaxy Girls concept picked up, even with all the experience she has.
You're also making a pilot without first having a series bible, or even a complete character sheet. It's not going to look good if you have a pilot that doesn't fit with your series bible.
The only thing that can save this show is for it to be rewritten from the ground up. Maybe, MAYBE the basic concept can be saved if the characters were entirely retooled and given actual personalities. I get that you're excited about this, but you're doing everything too fast and the end result is going to look rushed.
