What Are You Craving? - A Sister Thread to What Are You Eating/Cooking?

I want omurice but I don't see myself being able to make it like you'd get it in an actual restaurant.
 
Demiglass is an expensive and kind of a pain in the ass sauce to make, but I get the sweats every time I watch this Japanese guy make a plate of omurice.

Yeah damn. I can barely flip over a normal egg to get it properly baked on both sides without tearing it. This looks like magic to me.

probably going to cut up that pork loin and do it as chops in a pan instead of a roast in the oven

1/2 lb cheeseburger with cheddar, sauerkraut, pastrami, and horseradish mustard on a sourdough pretzel bun.

WingStop's bone-in chicken wings, especially if it's Louisiana Rub flavor.

I get why these stay-at-home orders are a thing, but DAMN does it make me crave restaurant food more than usual.
