What Are You Craving? - A Sister Thread to What Are You Eating/Cooking?

Hang in there. I just fell off the wagon (trying to sober up) and cracked open the sauv blanc.
I don't even usually drink white wine but I've been thinking about it for days. Specifically white wine, I've been ignoring the beer and vodka no problem so it's not just the alcohol.
What does it mean when you crave tooth-meltingly acidic things? I just want lemons, vinegar, sauerkraut etc at the moment. Do I have scurvy or something?
I'm still drinking but just needto save it for socialising, not while I'm bored at work.
I got that with wine too funnily enough during the summer. A nice freezing cold white zinfandel drank straight from the bottle out in the garden. Just took a notion for it.
Not sure about the pickle thing, maybe dehydration?

This just appeared in my inbox from a local pizza chain. A venison pizza with really nice ingredients. Now I am craving it.
This pizza chain (Hells Pizza) sometimes comes up with unique limited edition pizzas, with ingredients like kangaroo meat, lambs brains, and Carolina reaper chilies.

I haven't been to a Golden Corral in waaaay over ten years. They don't exist where I live, and sometimes I have a faint craving to dive into a horrible amount of their buffet food

Pork cutlets. Never had them done poorly at any diner so they should be easy. I'll probably start making them myself soon.

Pad Thai.
Pad Thai is amazing and I just can't make it like the shops. Its pricey for what it is too.

I haven't been to one since 5 years ago, when my mother saw a cockroach on the floor (I didn't) and it was pre-pandemic.

As for a current craving: idk a gluten-free thumbprint cookie?

Homemade Chicken tenders, not with like a cakey coating, but that cragily, crunchy and crispy coating that KFC used to have for their chicken before they went to poo.

Pad thai is pretty easy to make, it's just that most recipes online are retarded white trash versions that are absolutely nothing like real pad thai. Some of the ingredients can be tricky to find but they're generally long lasting. I use frozen tamarind pulp for mine and it works well.

I’ve been craving chai tea for some time now, I blame it on having this brand during my childhood and liking it.

Apparently they’re still in business but I’m 99% sure there are better brands out there,

Burger King. I quit eating fast food and I have a hankering for BK. I'm pretty sure they micro dose their food with cocaine.
