What are you drinking tonight? - Day drinkers stay out

I'm sipping on a very sloppy version of Penicillin which is basically Scotch, honey syrup, crushed ginger, and lemon juice. I don't have fresh ginger on hand so I tried making my honey syrup infused with caramelized ginger. It probably would have turned out well if I took more time to make it properly. Scotch I used was the very last of my Glenlivet 12 which I've really enjoyed neat but discovered is pretty delicious in lemonade.

Martinelli's Gold Medal Apple Juice, baby. Just look at this shit.
Read it and weep.webp
"Ingredients: Pasteurized 100% Apple Juice from U.S. Grown Fresh Apples." That's it. No added sugars, no other additives. Just apples. I've seen this at the store a few times and finally got curious enough to give it a try. It's the best fucking juice I've ever had. They also have an unfiltered version.
We don't have a non-alcoholic beverages thread, and I don't want to make one, so I'm shilling this here.

Non-alcoholic bomb pops. Grenadine, lemonade mixed with piña colada mix, and curacao syrup mixed with soda water. Served over ice.

Last night my dad and I split a sample-bottle of Jaegermeister Cold Brew, absolutly ghastly. It was like taking your unwashed coffee cup and adding in a generous pour of DayQuill.
Then I had a dream about my family starving to death in a nuclear winter.

Milk as it is still dairy month no not a white russian, brown cow, jean gabin or even a santa's stiff hot chocolate just milk.

Since this is a alcohol thread I will say that I do have a cabernet or two around though they are really only used for when guests come over or emergency cooking wine.
