What are you listening to right now?

"The Solitary Goose Over the Raging Main" sung by the Hong Kong singer Dave Wang. Wang used to be one of the most ubiquitous voices in Hong Kong pop in the late 1980s, but a series of bad decisions tanked his career in the 90s, and he reportedly lost his singing voice. I didn't really like him when he was at his zenith, but these days I'd be thankful to hear one strong, masculine voice like his in pop music. I just heard this song in the radio and I had some feels.

I must venture alone, even as the way ahead is shrouded.
Facing my direction, with a thousand tons over my shoulders.
The rain and wind can never weaken my resolve

I must venture alone, even as the way ahead is shrouded.
I believe that the sun will gleam into my dreams.
The endless blue vanquishes all darkness
