What are your special interests

I'm surprised no one mentioned Lolcows as their interest. I wouldn't say it's mine, but I'm intrigued by internet weirdoes.

Lolcows are more of a guilty pleasure for me. They're like the trainwrecks of reality TV, but more relatable somehow. I don't share my interests of lolcows with anyone outside of these forums out of fear of people thinking "WTF is wrong with her?".

Honestly, paralleling to your reality TV example, some people are somewhat susceptible to lolcows. Not all people, mind you, but some. I remember the first time I found LadyALT browsing ED and showed her to a friend that I didn't think would ever find lolcows interesting, but because she played Spyro growing up, she found it hilarious. You just have to find the common ground.
Also not being an A-log certainly helps. "I just find the fact that Pixyteri doesn't bathe and acts like a child interesting on a psychological scale" instead of "pixy is fat and I would not have sex with her" goes a long way, naturally.
I still wouldn't broadcast this site to the world of course

Drawing (Despite my shitty avatar) and Lego. Specifically, the 1978-1987 theme of Space dubbed "Classic Space".

Tabletop wargames. I could sperg on and on about tabletop wargames (but I won't).

I also really like music but, due to my terminal laziness, have not bothered to actually learn to play an instrument proficiently.

Also foreign languages.

lolcows, and other weird stuff on the internet
writing
reading nonfiction and literature
foreign languages and conlangs

knives and guns
national anthems, and their parodies, lol
music in general

Mine is kind of simple, but these are mine.

Video games
Lolcows since I find them fascinating in general.
Learning about autism. I search up any recent articles to keep up with news. Also, it gives me a better idea how rough it is.
Carl Jung though mostly on the Shadow since it sounds really fascinating.
Sweets, I'm likely to grab any whenever I'm in that mood. I usually have dessert at places and switching out every now and then for something different.
I'm into walking. I'm starting to walk on a bike trail since it's really relaxing. With a bottle of water while listening to game music, all is right with the world.

Vidya, so average I know, but I've been fascinated with computer games since before I even had the means to own my own systems. It goes beyond just playing them too, as I enjoy keeping abreast of happenings in the industry, even if it has nothing to do with my personal tastes in games.

Fantasy settings. Games, books, artwork. If it's got castles, swords, armour, skeletons in it, I'm all over it.

Both these things aren't the easiest to share with people as they're definitely in sperg territory.

I especially love literary criticism. Yes, I understand how nerdy that makes me sound.

TF2, Blue Exorcist, lolcows, various click-based games (such as AdVenture Capitalist), Adventure Quest Worlds, music (such as Voltaire), drawing, writing (though as much as I hate to admit it, I get very VERY prone to writer's block), various top 10 lists (which is why I will watch WatchMojo.com's videos on YouTube), and browsing the internet.

I've always been into history and watching a lot of documentaries when I can. I generally enjoy watching documentaries whenever I can and could probably binge watch several of them at a time if I wanted to. That's how much I like them when they're good.

I also have a passion for drawing, even though I haven't really been doing as much of it in the past few months due to being busy with other shit. I'd still like to make a career out of it one day. Economics, politics, personal finance, music, movies, comedy, and even medicine and learning about diseases and health are some of my other interests.

Lolcows are something of a train wreck you can't just help but look at. One thing that makes them relatable is the fact that we might share something similar to them be it liking something such as Sonic or being a freeloader like some of them and such. They do however also provide interest for some in a psychological sense since it makes one wonder how someone could end up going online and posting their deviant fetish that they are into or why they think anyone against them is some sort of "misogynistic mangina".
