I dont really think thats fair. For the last 15 years people reallly have been playing extreme games of kick the autistic with him. Sure there are things he did which played into that but it hardly makes him wrong in that point.
 
Chris's sanity has receded with his hairline. He is yet another example of a man bereft of an outlet to channel his baldness into and driven to madness. Take this as a word of warning that this is what awaits each and every one of us when our hair falls out. Don't be like Chris. Don't be bald.
 
I really believe he always was a closeted homosexual and not accepting that, fighting his own nature using the quest for love, it transformed him in the grottesque trannny thing he is now

Yea that’s true but Chris is still an entitled narcissist who barely learned anything. If he learned anything it’s that he can get away with anything scot free well until he’s punished severely depending on what happens here
 
Chris became isolated with a slowly decaying Barb and increasingly fucked up trolls, his world view depended on them so you can imagine it wore down his last bit of sense that he may have had.
Besides that schizophrenia often break out in adulthood so it could have been anything (likely Bobs death) that tipped Chris into psychotic insanity influenced by the trolls.
Although I am curious to see if Chris could be talked out of his delusions little by little if he receives counseling in prison? Something tells me it's possible.
 
I'd like to point you to the Imgur Facebook leaks of 2013 (https://m.imgur.com/a/1HYJJ). To me, this was Chris at his most lucid. It began to sink in that he was an adult and had to quickly start acting like one. You can see how he slowly becomes more aware that he's lonely, he's responsible for the household, and he's not able to interact with society positively.
What stopped Chris from getting his act together and sending him off the rails, though, was his stupidity. You can see it in how he fails to find the right words to describe his situation; Chris simply did not have the mental capacity to realise that he needed to grow up. So instead he started embracing more childish and fantastical ideas, which culminated in the Idea Guy saga and his eventual breakdown.
 
Autism, bad parenting, overt exposure to the internet, trolls. It was a matter of time, he's been an advocate and apologist for incest since forever.
I honestly don't get why some people are outright SHOCKED at this happening.

That's highly speculative. I think it's also a bit unfair. Bob's 'getting' people to be his friends was an attempt at socialization in and of itself. And he was left somewhat to his own devices later on, including at the game place. Didn't go great. Even back then he mentioned needing to drawn porn of a friend lest he 'do something stupid.'

I'm not going to suggest I know that Chris would have turned out bad even if he had better support during development. But I don't think he's a different person, either. Just... more so. Nature, nurture, who knows. But his ego- his need to be special- that seems to drive all of his problems.

Circumstance played its part, but at this stage Chris Chan cannot reasonably be considered free of responsibility. But he’s not the only one who should be feeling awful right now. However, given the media Chris has been influenced by, I don’t think it’s entirely unreasonable to ask questions about WHO produces it, and whether they as a group should take some of the blame. But I don’t know who has that kind of influence in the porn and TV industry.

Chris had poor socialization skills because he spent 90% around his parents who were both past their primes. They didn't want to go places or do things so Chris was occupied with toys and media to compensate.
Later on he's finally given some free reign and he wants himself a 'boyfriend free girl' so what does he do? Bust out the attraction sign. Uses the 'red string of fate' mentioned in Excel Saga by tying a paper heart to a string. He becomes the virgin with rage and slowly but surely starts to grow out of Bob's control.

Now Bob is the lesser of two evils here and yes; he was trying desperately in the end to fix something that was already beyond his capacity but current Chris is monster of his parents creation no matter how you slice it.
 
The fact that none of his outrageous and laughable methods never got him any china coupled by how in later years every community he tried to join either shunned him as a weirdo or were run complete and utter degenerates. As someone said not even getting to (allegedly) fuck Mia hamm solved his problem because she just lay back and let him do it (as much as she would anyway) but for incel sex pests like Chris it's not just the sex they crave but the feeling of being cared for.
