It's not so much a conspiracy theory, it's just the insanity of things like queer and gender studies and their Marxist roots. You have people that believe everything is a social construct, there is no actual objective reality. Everything is about oppression, with some weird idea that if you socially deconstruct everything in society, there'll be a utopia.

So it doesn't necessarily have to start from being pro-pedophilia. It's just about breaking down what is considered normal. What is considered normal is oppression of what is not considered normal. So when approaching a topic like this, by default it goes against what is considered the norm. Encourages what is stigmatised to redress the balance of oppression. As part of trying to break the socially constructed society.

Any argument for why it is bad, is ignored because they don't believe in an objective reality. Any argument for harm caused to child, is a feature of the socially constructed system that stigmatised it. Not that it is wrong.

A real conspiracy is how these complete morons have gotten so much control and most people don't know what the fuck they actually think. They assume there's some scientific approach to it. When it's the opposite. Then when anyone tries to explain these people are literally insane and believe dumb shit, like no observable reality. They call the person trying to explain it the crazy one.

It is fascinating though, you have lots of people acting on the conclusions of insane non-sense gender/queer theory stuff. Who don't understand it, yet act according to the ideology. Think with the outcomes. With none of the thinking. It's a weird ideological hypnotism.
