At this point I'd say none. The only countries I would be ok with are loosing people due to low birthrates and would rather have them keep their people in hopes of reversing their problems. Western Europe, provided they are the actual native ones and not the "new Europeans". West Slavs, Hungarians, and Slovenes should also be allowed too (but no other South Slavs and no East Slavs at all). Japanese and South Koreans would be the only non-whites I'd even consider to allow.

Most white Europeans and diaspora white Europeans (like Boers, Ausies, and New Zealanders). Those are the groups that founded the United States so I don't see any issue with having more. For some other groups, like Japanese, I don't really see any issue with some immigration as long as it isn't massive.
With the current climate though you would have to make it about country of origin rather than race for any sort of legislation, though you could maybe allow Boers as refugees from persecution.
