What did it sound like when Bob came? - It sounded horrifying and I was never the same again watching it

Honestly, it sounds a lot like someone's stretching very loudly before getting up. I assume his old age, with possible arthritic joints, would make getting up after a long nap a somewhat strenuous affair. I don't mean like Barb level, clinical obesity, knocking down the wall, fire department hoist, type affair. But rather just old people 'rickety-bones' (that's a medical term, I'm a doctor).

Of course, I'd much rather believe that we've been treated to Bob's baby-making groan.

Just think of how it'd go. Bob knocks on the door. *knock* *knock* "Hey Barb, you busy?" Barb, stirred from her post-feeding stupor, cannot wipe the drool and grime away from her mouth in time as Bob barges in, not waiting for an answer. There before Bob lies the corpulent, fleshy beauty that he fell in love with that karaoke night at the bar. Sure, she's put on a few dozen pounds since she loudly and drunkenly chased him down that fateful night, but underneath all the bedsores, crusted filth, and bug bites was the same person as always. "It's been a while Bob" wheezed Barb through her phlegm coated larynx. "I know. I think it's high time I 'tend to your garden' ." Bob begins wading through waist deep garbage, carefully threading his way through the single safe passage between the mountains of hoarded refuse and discarded fast food wrappers. Barb, sweaty and in heat, begins peeling off her foul one-piece bathrobe. Stained with years of fluid discharge, food drippings, and the occasional meaty shart, it makes the kind of sound you'd hear from peeling cling wrap off of a glazed ham. Fully engorged, Bob takes off his generic Walmart briefs, revealing his throbbing member. "Take me, you lumberjack! Split me in half like a log!"

Cut to our hero, a sensuous forty seconds later, one room over, and the camera picks up the climax. That's my head canon for this whole affair.

I think I have a serious problem. I read the description, but immediately set the video to :55 and held my tablet up to my ear. I knew what I was getting into, but I did it anyway. God damn you.
