Autistic girls are rare. Most women who claim to be autistic are just slightly awkward and fake other symptoms for attention. It's hard to describe what I mean with words, but it is very easy to tell the difference between an attention seeker and a genuinely autistic chick. They also tend to suffer from social stigmas more than male spergs, because they aren't expected to be autistic due to their rarity.

They go to cons alone and sit along the wall alone hoping some autistic guy will speak to them because they are just as much of a horney loner as you are. You are already half way there for having the same interests. Being able to strike up a conversation with them gets you another 40% of the way. If you can't figure out the last 10% to get them in your bed you don't deserve to get laid.
 
Girls are more strongly socialized to behave "appropriately" in public: little girls are meant to be polite, quiet and not sperg out. Little boys are expected to be rowdy, loud and rude. So most autistic girls have more of the autism browbeaten out of them by their parents, teachers etc. than the male ones.

They're out there, you just don't notice them unless they're really really autistic because most can fake being normal having been trained at an early age to repress their traits.
 
Females are forced to mask their autism tee hee. Sure, they go to parties and exhibit perfectly normal social behaviour but deep inside their special little hearts, they're so quirky and zany that one could possibly understand the unique way in which they see the world.

In any case, like most of the conditions in the DSM, it's just a made up category. There is no blood test for Asperger's / Autism spectrum disorder, there is no identifiable gene, no physical or verifiable measurements that can be taken. It's ultimately just a set of personality traits and probably 90% of the people diagnosed don't even possess those traits in any significant way, especially women.

Have you ever met a woman who has an ensperglopedic knowledge of Ruby Ridge and Waco? I know I haven't.

If they're decent artists, they can sometimes do NSFW shit of their self-inserts fucking canon characters. Female coomers will literally sometimes pay to see characters no one gives a fuck about get fucked by canon characters they actually do care about. I wonder what level of cucking that counts as.
