aldi had a couple of half-price briskets
so now I got a buttload of beef grease

I can probably just, like. heat it and put it on noodles or drink it or something, but what's something more directed to do with it

I adore water chestnuts and yes stir fry is my fav way to use them.

Now to the brown lentils, 5406956845098640 ideas, stewing is easiest home made fallalf etc. Not to be mean, just google lentils. They kick ass and do everything.

Now to put my idea issue in, I just got a 30lb sack of basmati rice, not to brag but I make the worlds best fried rice, I eat a lot plain with chicken. So if anyone has some sticky rice ideas or other more "exotic" ideas please shoot em.
Get a barrel of Furikake, a liter of light soy sauce and go nuts, add a raw egg to each bowl for extra weeb points. One of my go-to poverty meals which i'm never getting tired of eating, i prefer it over instant ramen when money is tight.

Djuvec rice.
Another inexpensive favourite i'll never get tired of.

This is the one i buy, i tried different brands but they all pretty much tasted the same for me, i doubt the Doraemon one is significantly better or worse than others. I'd say pick it up.

When cooking rice I put it in the rice cooker with various veg and if I want to frozen meat and cook it. Then when done mix it up and serve it.

Speaking of weeb shit, mirin is pretty good in most broths and in western recipes that call for white wine or sherry.
you are very wrong sir. they lack the taste of white wine or sherry and the acid is wrong.
its even worse if you get the cheap stuff, its either salted or just the worst possible alcohol. just use boxed wine, its like 1$ per liter...
