What do SAHWs do all day? - If there are no kids or the kids are in school?

Well, I run errands like getting the car fixed. I do the grocery shopping, clean a little, make dinner, go swimming, take the dog for long walks, and spend most of my spare time volunteering at one place or another, like the food bank, working the polls, the Historical society, stuff like that. My days are far from boring. But no, I don't gussy myself up to do it, because I'm a slacker. And yes, I know how blessed I am to be able to live on one income.
ETA- I've been at the car dealership for seven hours, now (stupid recalls). It's boring, but it is what it is. This way, he doesn't have to worry about the maintenance and stuff. After this, I'll go to the grocery store, and then down to the church to work on sanding the baptistry so it can be repaired and repainted. I can cook dinner down there while I work, so I'll have something to take home to him.

It's actually quite fun. Everyone else is in their 60's. Small town, so there's never any issues.

Eat chocolate and watch trash TV.

Maybe attempt to do Yoga or go with her friends and talk about trivial nonsense, or complain about someone (their husbands, random rapists, etc). Do some chores, bake, go to book clubs (they don't read useful books, they just go and talk more about their husbands, and gender stuff), and if they have kids, some of the work that goes into that.

I just described to a T some people in this world.
