Cause originally they put metal in and then used tuning forks to vibrate it.

What if we invent a vibrator that syncs to music specifically made for sounding? Like what the camgirls do? Could we sell that? The sounding community is probably pretty niche and willing to pay a big amount for a thing made for them and won't make them die.

Would you care to know that they didn't smooth out the iron completely to be inserted so that the vibration causing tears wasn't uncommon?

If you shove something up there you're doing it the wrong way. You have to lube the sound up and let it slide in using gravity. You're going to tear something if you use force.

Sounds a lot less severe than what people do to their male offspring to prove loyality to the longnose tribe tbh.
