What does seeding mean to you?

I've noticed that many people seem to think that it's a simple synonym for posting on KF, which I think is the gayest position and to be a real fag about it, cultural appropriation.
Curious what everyone's individual perspectives are though.

To me, it's a symbol of telling censors (specifically, jannies) to go fuck themselves, no matter who or where they are.
When we started using it on /tv/, it was just a shitty joke that we somehow missed for well over a decade but the overenthusiastic jannies quickly overreacted and showed their hand, so everyone doubled down. I continue using it today because the original double down is still at play. You should never back down because some unpaid faggot takes his pretend job seriously and thinks you should be silenced because his unfunny (and unpaid) ass doesn't think your shitposting is funny enough.
To Sneed is to fight for Internet free speech at the most grassroots level possible.
