What game or game franchise has the worst fanbase?

Shit I can't believe I passed over your post. Got the perfect image to capture the disgust ever sane person feels seeing their (sometimes litteral) fuckery. What's sad is that the fist game actually had heart but there also was cracks as well. If they dropped the woke fuckery and focused more on the story than the rainbow agenda it would have been as good as Cuckman thought it would be.

All of them but I wanna mention the PAYDAY and Left 4 Dead players. Playing with them is goddamn hell as either they'll teamkill you for making the tiniest mistake, or kick you. They will also think how "perfect" their games are even with a few notable fuckups such as the Last Stand update or the awful Epic Games Store patch that broke PD2 matchmaking.

Last year I went and played a public campaign of L4D2. I hadn't played in a long time, usually just bot matches or with friends. It's a Normal difficulty round on the start of the swamp map. We get to the crescendo where you call the gondola across the river and a horde attacks. About 3/4 of the way through, one teammate starts unloading his entire magazines into me. Then he bunnyhops backwards off the edge of the dock, hangs from the edge for about a second, and then gets crushed to death by the gondola.
He then calls a kick against me.
Me: Why?
Him: You killed me.
Me: You jumped off the edge and got crushed.
Him: Yeah, but I was trying to kill you, so it's your fault.
The kick fails, somebody calls a vote to kick him, it passes.

I still can't figure out what was going through this guy's head, but I do know that people you find in L4D public matches are a very special breed.

I'm seriously having a hard time finding "game communities" that just have a vague idea of "because this game is fun." It's like communities don't exist for games anymore, as much as they do for meta communities; sped-runners, character/theme analysts, cinema lovers, completionists, developer fanboys, and more. Don't get me wrong, I know I fall well within the completionist category, but I do try to say "I like this game, because I honestly have fun with it." But just trying to have fun will get other people to fucking criticize you for one reason or another.

So I mainly stay away from most "communities" unless I need something. If there's any sort of "Hey, let's play," it's with people I know IRL, and I could drive to their house and call them a dick if I needed to.

Ever since B4B failed, L4D fans either lean on two ways, people who don't play the game but constantly say nice things about it, or they do play the game but are mostly griefers, retards and spastics.

TLOU has a good story, but I wouldn’t even put it in my top 20 games. And it’s the only good game in its franchise.

I love Spec Ops The Line. Not because of the message, but because you can shoot every single person in that game. The faggot devs failed because I can just live out my dream of committing war crimes.

Is it really a good story though? Everything is telegraphed and cliche. Arguably it's well done in spite of that but I didn't find the characters likeable or compelling so I certainly don't think so. Maybe it's serviceable but the gameplay is mediocre too, and actually bad when it comes to stealth.

Animal Crossing is a game for 6-year-old kids, and 99% of the players are around this demography.

But here on KiwiFarms, somehow, people still think everyone in the community is trannies.
 
The smash bros community beats all of them, yeah sonic fans and so many others are filled autism and trannies but the level of fucking entitlement and actual pedos in a fanbase for a fucking children’s game is insane. The level of entitlement they get about being good at the game and the insane levels of drama they’re willing to pull, literally beating others up for losing tournament matches and threatening actual Nintendo employees because they didn’t include their favorite x character Is insane. They are more obnoxious than sonic fans in this regard to give you an idea.

Fair enough. If you don’t like the characters then you wouldn’t like the game either. I’d say the story is simple, but it’s how it plays out that makes it good.

Destiny fans are the biggest consumer faggots on the planet. Granted, gamers in general are consoomers but i've never seen a group of people who put so much time and money into a game and yet they still regularly bitch and complain about how it awful it.

These dumbasses are still willing to buy the yearly expansion just with the false hope that it won't be as big of a piece of shit as the last one.

Than theres all the lore fags even though Destiny's lore is the most generic soft sci-fi shit.

The way they present the lore is also the dumbest way possible. You see something, kill something, or inspect something... "You recorded this, check it out on the official website."

You know what mother-fucker, I didn't like how Final Fantasy XIII did its lore in a giant fucking in game compendium; why do you think I want to go to a different fucking website altogether to know what the fuck is going on.
 
I used to play World of Tanks years ago.

The community is divided into players who don't understand the game mechanics (WoT traditionally has a somewhat obscure "spotting" system due to historic hardware limitations where yourself and enemy tanks only render on the screen within certain distance radii, altered by camouflage factors), players bitching about other players not understanding game mechanics while barely understanding it themselves, Russians & Brazilians leaving their mics on so you can hear all their ambient household noise and sweaty tryhards.
