What Have You Cooked Recently?

Today for breakfast I made two chicken breasts with garlic, jalapeno tzatziki infused with the drippings of the pan. The "yogurt" for the tzatziki is actually fresh goat's cream skyr that I made myself; with some tomatoes and basil, drizzled with olive oil.

You can also see some farmer's cheese made with goat's milk under the chicken.

I've been making soup with chicken stock with rice and mushrooms, carrots, green onion. I will even add in the leafy part of the carrot greens. Tastes delicious with salt, pepper and pepper flakes.

Soy sauce and garlic freid broccoli. Ran out of chilli flakes :( I love the dark crispy bits. You can do this in the oven and recommend as a winter salad ingredient vs summary lettuce.

Pay day fried rice. I assume every household has their version of a the same idea dish. Fridge clear out soup, cupboard pasta etc. Basically whatever you have before pay day comes fried rice. This was of course mid way though cooking.

Since multiple people asked, I'll share it with everyone.
Holy shit, I think my mom has the very same cookbook that I've had her give me recipes from.

This week, I made biscuits and gravy with my own homemade breakfast sausage, with a side of scrambled eggs, spinach, and hash browns. This was my 3rd attempt at making sausage gravy, and I'd say I finally figured it out. We finished off the leftovers this morning, just as good as it was the first time.

I made some really stinky curry chicken and baked some fresh pesto basil dough into rolls and scooped up the curry sauce with it, drank raspberry bubbly water with it. I’m going to take a nap and then slowly walk down the stairs sharing the joy with my neighbors. It was tikka masala with added cumin.
